[Q] How to add Recovery on power menu? - LG Optimus G (International)

Hello.
There is a MOD that can add the Recovery restart on power menu? Many phones have this feature, but Optimus G doesn´t. (I'm sorry for my poor english).

Install Xposed (if you don't have it already), and pick from many modules that have that feature: APM+, Gravity Box, X-Blast, Wanam Kit, etc.

a few questions about SGS4

Hi all, I'm new to SGS4,
I have T-Mobile NON rooted SGS4 (Stock)
I have a few questions...
1. Is there a way to disable the loop on the Home screen (when I flip to the last screen, it will not go to the first) ?
2. Is there a way to enable song skipping with Vol keys ?
3. Is there a way to enable Alarm Snooze with Vol keys ?
Thanks

Without rooting, doing all of those things would be difficult if not impossible.
After rooting:
1. I don't know if anyone's created a mod for disabling looping, but it should be possible
2. Easy (use Nottach XPosed)
3. I'm pretty sure you'd have to do some major editing of the apk

AOSP-based roms (like CM) don't use the Touchwiz Launcher and Alarm apps. AFAIK, CM uses the Trebuchet launcher and a modified stock Android clock. You could actually just rip those apps from the CM ROM and install them on your Touchwiz ROM and they should work fine. It just wouldn't work with the Touchwiz Launcher or Alarm.

how to enable multi-user

Hello and Sorry for my bad english.
To enable multi-user at the tab 3 10.1, first you musst root your stock rom.
Then instal BusyBox from the playstore open it and instal.
Now you take a build.prop editor (maybe from playstore) and open, now add a new property.
Name it: fw.max_users
At the key you fill how many users you want (2 at my tab)
Save and Reboot!
Now in the options, you shold can add new users.
Did you try this?
I had to modify my framework-res.apk to enable MultiUser.
Yes, i have it so on my P5210. Works perfekt!
I tried it today, but it didn't work for me. I ended up in a bootloop. Had to copy back the original build.prop to boot my Tab3 again.
Think the solution with build.prop doesn't work on all devices. I'm using a Galaxy Tab3 10.1 (GT-P5200) / P5200XXUAMK7 [4.2.2].
What is your device/firmware?
It's a bit confusing why some have to edit the build.prop and others have to modify framework-res.apk.
Does this really work? Just wondering, because I thought we had to use the xposed framework hack. Man it would be great if it's just a build.prop addition. You may want to tell the dev's of the pimpdroid, and grievous roms if this is all it takes to get multi user on 5210.

Next time please use the forum search feature.
Clock fix: http://optimusforums.com/threads/ho...lock-screen-korean-versions.11651/#post-13795
As of now the dialer can be fixed via a custom ROM such as VDT, I haven't seen any other ways.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app

Can't help you with the dialer but this is how I got rid of the dual clock.
From this page,
http://bbs.gfan.com/android-6548363-1-1.html
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sika524.android.quickshortcut&hl=zh_CN
1) download that app from the play store
2) set your language to english and your location to your desire.
3) install the app
4) search "clock" under the activities tab
5) under the roaming icon, there should be a "Roaming dual clock". tap into it.
6) tap "Try" then select "disable"
7) simply press back without creating the shortcut
8) select "Roaming clock settings"
9) tap "Try" again, and uncheck both ticks
10) press back again and you're all done.

That's because it isn't available on the HTC 10, and ViperOneM8 6.1.0 is a port of the ROM for that device.

It has been removed from the code by HTC, and would be very difficult to implement. I don't think anyone has been able to do it yet.
well that sad.
Thanks for answer.

you can remap long-press or double-press of any of the 3 buttons to access 3-dot menu , in venom tweaks > Buttons and gestures > Double-press/Long-press > choose "menu button".
You can also use Gravitybox (if you have Xposed) to add a custom 4th menu button (it appears the whole time).
Be careful, some features coincide/override(and can cause problems) with venom tweaks, so turn off any features you won't use in gravitybox.(especially statusbar/lockscreen/launcher/power menu)
Edit : didn't notice you were talking about recent apps menu until i saw picture ..
