I think all MTK can be rooted brute force with SP Flash Tool. (but it's far from one click root)
In SPFT, you pull your SYSTEM partition with Read Memory at a certain begin address and length.
You loop back mount that filesystem under Linux
You insert SU package (possibly with some ROM kitchen)
Unmount from your Linux system
In SPFT, write with Write Memory or you could carefully just write your SYSTEM partition without clobbering others.
Hey, by the way, you can get a perfect backup of your whole device with SPFT Read Memory. (before you break it) You can find many of my posts that harp on this point... and instructions on how to use SPFT.
no its very easy to root !!!!!!! !!!!!!
I myself have this phone and I rooted it installed cwm philz twrp carliv
Also I installed 5 custom ROMs on this device !!!!!!
And there are about 20 custom ROMs for mtk 6582 !!!!!
You can port them !!!!

Hello
Specifically, I would like to know if someone has N750 device and successfully rooted his device! The reason I'm doing this thread is because when I had 4.3 android versions, I tried that CF auto root via Odin program and it bricked my phone. Fortunately, I was able to get my original firmware again from a specific site for samsung devices. [Egypt version, because obviously, I live in Egypt]. Now, My device has been updated to 4.4.2 and I have currently the kitkat version without any problems BUT, I want to root my phone in order to use Xpose Framework;
I want the best advice to follow for my device because I do not have the heart to take another chance since I'm not a professional programmer nor a professional developer to deal with such bricks. It was a lucky chance when I had my OS back, but I do not know what would happen in the future.
I tested many one click root softwares on PC and most of them either stuck or tell me 'successfully' without any **** in my phone. Just rebooting like an idiot and nothing happened.
Sorry for my annoying thread. It's my first post here and I hope you guys understand my English well since it's not my Native Language. Apologize another time.
Peace, Ahmed.

If you flash cf auto root for 4.4.2 base on 4.3, your device is bricked. If you make rooted. Find compatible os and model cf auto root files.
Greetings
i have a huge trouble , since i updated from 4.4 i cant manage to root no mather the method
I had root before and bricked the phone when updating so i flashed everything and downloaded my rom (that is brazillian d724-20a) and installed with LG flashtool
It worked fine has i am using it right now , but then comes the problem , here are the root methods i have tried:Kingroot,Kingoroot,Stump,Lg root script 1.2v - 1.3v - 2.3v and the one with grafical UI,Newest root method 03v (its the lg root but with some changes it is in this forum),purpledrake, manual lg root, and 2 other .
I really need it has i use a gigantic number of apps and things that need root like xposed framwork, busybox, kernels.
I have noticed that i am not the only one that has this problem
The lg root script works fine and enters download mode and even reboot back in the grafical ui root but it does not makes the root when in download mode.
Thanks for any help

Bump...
I'm looking to root this android box which has an Amlogic S905 quad core A53 64 bit cpu.
This is the x4+ version as opposed to the x4 version which has an older cpu.
I do believe there is a method using adb via windows but have not seen this yet but I also do not have access to a pc for a few months.
I do have android tablets, sd cards, usb mouse and keyboard.
I was hoping there is a method using a zip file which can be flashed from the box via the micro sd card slot which the older model was able to.
Any info much appreciated.

That didn't work I'm afraid.
I did actually root my galaxy tab s 10.1 with kingroot so thanks for the info.
Actually then went from kingroot to supersu to gain proper full root.
Problem is I need to root this cyclone box so I can get the vpn and wifi tether to work properly with my xbox one.
Tried kingroot, kingoroot , towel root but none work or support this device.
Just tried 6 more rooting apps but still no luck.
Looks like this is locked down pretty well.
Finally sorted.
Seems sumvision latest firmware update (not rooted) with a newer version of kodi on let me use the ezroot method.

nope. wont persist through the reboot necessary to flash fonts. btw since u seem to be attempting it ,did u manage temp root via king or kingo on stock 6.0.1? i never attempted it. i took safe upgrade the root actuaally occurs on 5.1.1 base then upgrade with aboot ripped from firmware (safe upgrade is 5.1.1 base with 6.0.1 toolchain making it possible to upgrade with aboot ripped out of firmware ) the last part of guide wasnt remotely even necessarry where it tells u to place the file in recovery . i didnt understand why you would do that ? i guess if u were planning on staying on stock bit then why unlock in first place .
