this is cool, has anyone tried it. I dont like CM7 all that much. I mean... it is nice, but there are just too many settings, and I really appreciate some of the tweaks that HTC put into sense.

Is this rom global ready? I am overseas using a softbank sim that is on a wcdma network. Cm7 hasn't really been working for me.

I plan on installing this as soon as it is downloaded, and I will let you know how it goes. It feels so good to finally be back in the flashing game.

Used this ROM for awhile on my DINC1 and Joel is amazing, best sense 3.0 ROM we will ever get.

Downloading it right now, I can't stand the stock-ish android interface that CM7 uses after being on sense for over a year. I will let you know after I get some time with it tomorrow morning. BTW.... THANKS!

i had a bad feeling it wouldnt flash but i like that it got that far it just didnt write the boot.img..or maybe its the signature verification thing...
Edit:can anyone get it to flash if you cant ill fix it up real quick

Don't think anyone was trying to be rude. Everyone's a little on edge due to some folks having issues even on stock, thankfully I'm not one of them, and/or issues with the rooted kernels, then when someone comes in here and makes a thread that plain ole common sense or a few minutes of reading would satisfy it probably starts to feel like babysitting a gaggle of impatient 3 year olds...

Follow the rules and post in the correct spot and do some reading beforehand. Will help you find more information.

If you get the stock sprint/samsung kernel it will take away the yellow caution sign/exclamation mark at boot correct?
I downloaded and used SPH-D710_Zedomax_EpicTouchKernel-v1 and I am getting that yellow sign now. Just want to know if I unrooted if it would take that off.

Yeah it can be exploited for root if you install superuser via the cwm zip.

What the other members are asking is more detailed info.
Saying I did "this" and then I did "that"
Tells us nothing.
Ill just asume you have a nexus
Is the phone stock?
Rooted?
Rooted stock rom or custom?
"I tried that" ....well what did you try?
Use quotes if you are going to use short incomplete sentences.
What version android?
Etc. Etc.
Youll get a lot more help and s lot less flaming if you do this w/e you have an issue.

You were being trolled with the camera fluid comment, hence the image. You should put a little thought into what you are asking. You have been given the correct steps to troubleshoot and you have yet to even try.

Yeah, I'd recommend going back to stock and see if that fixes it. Other than that try checking if your exposure is set to low by default for some reason?

Well I went to stock 4.0.4 and still no luck.Also The phone freezes when I try to click any options.

Can't find ANY wifi networks anymore?

Its been about 2 weeks now and I am still having this problem. One day while I was a school I felt my phone really hot in my pocket. and it was off. When I truened it back on the battery was only 20% and then I could not find any wifi networks. It used to work for about 30 seconds when I restarted the phone, but now it does not even do that. Any help?! This is pretty bad.

I am rooted, but I don't think that I can flash a custom rom because my phone is flashed to cricket and they said don't do system updates/factory resets.

A modem is what controls your phones communication with the internet and voice and data... Pretty important. Go to Settings/About Phone and flash the one that matches the last four characters in your Baseband (like GB27 for example)-http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1764210

Flashing a custom ROM or doing a factory reset won't mess with your cricket flash, although you will have to follow directions in this thread to get back working MMS and 3g (if you flash an AOSP or CM-based ROM... 3g should work out of the box on stock-based).

A flashable .zip is flashable by any method you choose. TWRP or Flashify are the preferred ones.

As of right now there are more kernels being worked on for mm, but currently only custom kernels for ll

Don't do it, most certainly will brick your phone - lg decided not to play nice and added a nice feature to keep us from downgrading, work is being done on mm, just hang tight
