how to set roaming clock when im not in roaming area?

i have the same problem. did you get this fixed? i hate seeing two clocks on my lockscreen.

Bumping this thread. I'm using an LG F180K from Olleh and the "Roaming clock settings" option is greyed out. I can't change it.

Global Roaming is disabled in settings in my F 240k
Any body knows how to enable it.
It's not letting me change the lock screen clocks. I just got the dual clock with local and Korea time.

Well, it shows that you have no SIM card inserted. So that probably explains it.

Kernel related.. I know the nexus has an option/app that access the kernel for a feature like this
