You dont need the corresponding odexed apk if its already deodexed. Just use this one that I got from the rom im running and change permissions. https://www.dropbox.com/s/cdqovltu3dh0pe2/Instagram_SN_Plugin.apk?dl=0

It's stock ROM from HTC which I dumped to my PC.
The link you linked is for nandroid backups, not ROM.zip or System Dump

You can try this : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2694994
If you want to go back to stock ROM and your device original version no. is not 2.22.401.4 then find one nandroid backup for your original version no. from the stock backup thread that you linked above and restore that in recovery.

You should have a boot.img and a system.ext4.tar file in your clockwokmod backup folder. Please upload those. Thanks
Sent you a pm...

Try doing an advanced restore with CWM with just the system file and not boot.img and let us know how it goes.
In English, please xD
I'm willing to help, however, I'm very inexperienced. I've flashed what was http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=21782185#post21782185
What else?
Is it with ROM manager or something? And do I download the i927_236.zip and flash through Odin or something?

Has nothing to do with ROM manager, extract the zip and you should get two files. Contact me and I'll walk you through this.
Oui, I see the two files. What now?

Is there a way to come back to ICS animation ? I'm using ELLC and i think that touchwiz ICS animation were a way smoother and better looking..
Yes, you need modded framework-res.apk, i will upload flashable zip in 20mins.
edit: But what rom you are using? Stock ellc or some custom rom? Are you using jkay framework?

If you have stock recovery, you can't flash this via recovery, so i will upload only framework-res.apk, you need to copy it (with root explorer, es file explorer or some other file explorer with root access) to /system/framework/ and set permissions to rw-r--r--, then reboot. Remember to backup old framework-res.apk first.
Will upload it in few mins.

Edit: Just realized that you are running odexed firmware. So delete framework-res.odex before copying modded framework. Backup framework-res.odex first.

Yes, it's always better to flash via custom recovery. So flash latest clockworkmod with odin: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/89833400/recovery-cwmtouch-6.0.2.7-GTI9300.tar
Then flash that ICS_Animation_Test_1_.zip posted by Flypwnz above, it's better as it uses vrtheme system. If it doesn't work, try this: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/89833400/ics_animations-xxellc.zip

yes, but do it like that:
flash stock rom with Odin
flash new bootloader - you can get it from stock rom, just unpack it, search for sboot.bin and pack it to tar with 7zip to get sboot.tar.md5
flash new modem - you can get it from stock rom, just unpack it, search for modem.bin and pack it to tar with 7zip to get modem.tar.md5
then go to recovery do a full wipe and flash your custom rom, like DN3
I hope you have EFS backup, if not, make one

Only custom roms have OTA available with TWRP installed.

Oxygen Os fails to install the OTA when detected root ot any changes to system patrition, thus you have to wait for the full zip and dirty flash over the existing. Fairly simple.
I can still do a nandroid backup and restore stock OxygenOS, correct?

You can clean flash. It is a full zip. I have restricted access to it now as I don't see anyone getting the OTA. So, it might be a mistake build. Lol.

No, you need to flash the stock recovery.img in fastboot first and then you can flash the zip in recovery/flash from local.

Get the RUU for that firmware version from the ReadMe thread and extract the boot image with the universal RUU decryption tool which is linked in the same thread.
