KS20 lost IMEI: How can i repair IMEI -> NV-backup ???

hello.
i have flash my ks20 - sfr to german rom vodafone branded ( 10e ).
all okay ! and thank you for your help an solution !
but my problem yet......
i have flash the rom 10a unbranded - german to my ks20.....
and i have forgot to backup .nv2-file
the rom is working but the phone have no IMEI..... phone not work.
how can i repair the nv2 file and how can i tell the phone --> your IMEI is 34565......... ???
i think, when i have a nv backup from another one ks20, i can edit the imei and flash to phone and all is good ????
pls help me !

Take a recent version of QPST - > qpst-2.7build264
Then, having configured the port, normally the telephone is detected in SURF7200 and the version of your rom...
It is necessary to launch the ServiceProg.exe program in the file of QPST (or in the menu of qpst which turns).
In the first tab NAS, to make one " read from phone " and your imei appears in TAP FACULTY and SNR!!!
( Finally your bungled imei lol).
It is necessary to put ONLY 14 figures of your imei, 15 eme is calculated by the alone telephone!!
It is necessary to put l imei of this way: 6 code TAP + 2 code FAC + 6 code IN SNR...
To make a write to phone, to wait for little and normally it is good

After click read from phone i see nothing where can i find IMEI code??? Pls help

and after i try to press write to phone, after few secound phone restart and software show as picture below

You should not put your imei in the forum.
Just one question, why did you not copy the imei from the phone sticker? Normally all phones have the imei on the sticker, and then you just would need to fill up the information.

To everyone,
If u need .nv2 file, pm me with ur imei no. and email address, i can generate one for you, but the last digit, which is calculated by your phone, would likely to be different and also i can only generate branded .nv2 since i only got branded .nv2 file. It could be work in unbranded phone but just u need to flash a branded rom or hybrid rom to use with it.

it works 100% my phone back to life again.maybe some with an unbranded device do the same.thanks raykisi.

-CHANGED IMEI,NETWORK PROBLEM AFTER THE UPDATE AND SN 0000... PROBLEM- SOLVED !!!
ıf the ımeı changed of machıne even return orıgınal ımeı you can see problem.because of the machıne sn number had been broken.
this is the first time on the world. that transactıon made from me. and the ınventor ıs from turkey agaın (patch transactıon).
before all else the phones efs fıle had been broken .ıt reads from efs memblock. when ıt done patch operatıon code of network past to modem.when you update your network will be gone.what can we do on thıs case ?

A: No,it's gonna bring your network back.
Q: My imei number like 0000**** or 0049**** if i flash this patch it will work or it will bring my original imei number back ?
A: This patch is not about your EFS Folder it is just about network so it won't fix your imei number or bring your original imei number back.
Q: I will do these 2 ways step by step ? Do i have to flash offical firmware first and then flash custum rom ?
A: No,you can choose one of them this is your decision.
Q: Can this patch fix my SN ?
A: No it can't but it doesn't matter because you will always be current.
Q: How can i use it on stock rom ?
A: First change your kernel with CF-Root and follow the steps.
Q: After this operation i will update my phone ? Is it a certain solution ?
A: No after the each update you should flash my patch.

I used it on my Note 2, which had "no network" problems. IMEI was displaying correctly.
After applying the patch, I get IMEI null/null !!!!
How can I fix this?

OK, reflashing the rom seems to restore the IMEI to non-null/null. But I still have the original problem that I was trying to solve (no service)
Should I start with any particular rom flashed?

OK, finally fixed!! I flashed a stock rom with odin (N7100XXDMC3_N7100ODDDMD1_INU ), and after that the patch did what it is supposed to.

I see it not important coz when you try to update android by OTA , it's looking to your region.
Like me, i flash EUR , but when i update it OTA , it's changed to Middle east

Why not this way ?

My phone was complete brick (flashing autorec on marshmallow) even tho i knew what would happen i wanted to test myself anyway... But in saying that shorting the pins to get the phone to be recognised was pretty simple once i had a flash light to see the pins all good now. Flashed back to stock mm and seems like nothing is wrong

First i want tell every body.... I follow this web (XDA) about 3 year... But this is the first my thread ... Because i bad english and when i made a account in forum i can't made a new thread

2-3 week ago, i saw have a update android 6.0 for ze500kl but don't have for ze500kg (i use this phone)
So i find how to apply this update to ze500kg and try everythings to made it work... But hopeless and i give up
And this day,new idea come to me.... I try this.... Thank god it work perfect.... And now my phone (ze500kg) running 6.0 perfect same the brother ze500kl )

Tutorial to update:
Root ur phone and use flashsify (download on play store) and backup recovery then move to "memory stick" or upload to drive (save ur recovery )
Backup everythings of ur phone
-First download last fimware android 5.0 and 6.0 of ze500kl and put it in "memory stick"
-Download stock recovery of ze500kl: https://github.com/sabpprook/android_device_asus_ze500kl/releases
-Boot ur phone in fastboot mode and flash recovery of zen500kl: Type : fastboot flash recovery "name_of_recovery".img
-Boot to recovery mode and then choose apply full update-->Then choose fimware 5.0
-Reboot
-Boot to recovery and then choose fimware 6.0
-Reboot
Enjoy with new rom ^^

First apply update rom 5.0 of ze500kl
Then flash stock recovery your phone backup by flasify.... Then apply update 5.0 of ze500kg... Done

Thanks for the notice , if the IMEI will not be lost after upgrading to 6.0.1 {ZE500KG} -_-

for example? what you need to know? i have bought this phone in ebay a have used for 6 months with 5.1 or LGH81510C and was fanatstic phone works very well ,but i want to upgrade to 6.0 ,in setting updata center the phone said you have last version but i have the 5.1 so i download the kdz file and have used the flash tool the update finished successfully but when i turn on the phone it says nt-code mcc/mnc[FFFFFF],subset[FF] , and i have service disable, and now when i do restart my phone, the phone when is starting up have black screen but sounds of phone is turn on is ok this shows me that the phone has turn on but i have no screen i have only black screen, so i have to take away battery to leave 1 minutes and to put againg and the screen turn on very well ,im am explaing you that the phone has works without any these problems after flashing kdz LGH81520G 6.0 the phone have this 2 problems , i have used and the unlock bootloader method and i have unlock my phone but when i install the twrp the screen come black so i have root with low effort but the phone says again nt-code mcc/mnc[FFFFFF],subset[FF] , and i have service disable. Yes i can, it is a simple fix, email me so that it can be easier "[email protected]"

Try this...
Go to the path '/cust' and modify the next file: (YOU HAVE TO BE ROOT)
cust_path_mapping.cfg
And place the next line on the last line of the file
Code:
FFFFFF,FF=/cust/OPEN_COM
Now save and exit.
Restart your G4 and the message should not appear anymore.
