Hey guys,
So I figured out how to change the boot animation on the Optus G3
data/.OP/OPT_AU/poweron or poweroff
Replace those bootanimation zips
However! I cannot find the audio files for the boot animation. So it still plays the optus sound -.-
If anyone knows where to find those audio files please let me know
Cheers
EDIT:
I found where the sound is stored.
system/media/audio/ui/PowerOn.ogg or PowerOff.ogg
Hope this helps someone

Hi there!
Let's get straight to the point, after succesfully rooting my LG G3 Lollipop device, I decided to open up Xposed framework after figuring out that it doesn't support Android L yet I decided to remove Xposed framework.
After rebooting it got stuck in bootloop..
Anyone know how to fix it?
Fixed! Used adb to fix it.

Hello everyone. I'm writing to you to ask if anyone knows a way to mod a kernel (also custom) for LG G3 D855 that allows to change the original LG Boot Logo Screen. I'm asking because I've tried to change this screen with no success. Can anyone help me? I would like to boot up my phone with the Nexus Boot Screen image.
Greetings.
Nicola.
PS: I'm sorry if there are any grammatical errors but English is not my mother tongue.

Have you tried an app such as "Boot Animations * Root" by JRummy Apps Inc.?
As long as you grant this app root access you should be able to modify the boot imagine. You can select one of the ones available on the app (They more than likely have Nexus on there) or make your own.
Changing the boot animation won't change the boot image in the LG firmware.

Boot into twrp and just reinstall the ROM you had installed before.
