[Q] Epic 4g with gingerbread lockscreen

I have a rooted samsung epic 4g, stock rom, and i was hoping to get rid of the horrible touchwiz lockscreen and replace it with the original gingerbread lockscreen. I have looked and looked for something like this, but all i found was glitchy apps like go locker.

Uh you mean the aosp lockscreen? The double sliders? Unlock and sound sliders...if so you'd need to be on a deodexed rom aka a custom rooted rom...for it to work.

Just flash one of the addons from a theme that is for AOSP lock screen. Make sure you are on a deodexed rom.

Well, I found one but it was in an mtz. format. I couldn't find the themes app to read that. Do I need a custom rom for the miui themes app?

Use AOSP Contacts/Phone app in Samsung ROM

I tried installing Phone.apk & Contacts.apk from AOSP but it didn't work. Is there a way to make it work?
I hate those Samsungs apps, they are so slow and ugly. ExDialer is ok, but I still prefer default AOSP apps.

Tablet mode on TW based ROM

Hi Everyone,
Anyone know how to enable tablet mode on a TW based ROM. I am most interested in having the status bar at the bottom of the screen.
I know that Paranoid Android has this capability but since its camera is not nearly as good as stock/TW camera, I'm looking for a way to do this on a TW ROM.

[Q] Dialer apk for stock rooted rom

Hi everyone! Is there another dialer pad and method for the i9195lte, that i can use with the stock/rooted rom, because the TW dialer is too slow for me, and very unconfortable. Maybe the CM dialer is better, but the ideal was the sense dialer for me. Is there any solution for this?

Touchwiz themes

Hi is there anyway that I can put a different theme on top of another rom? I'm about to switch to minions on my t mobile s4 from purified i9505 rom and I would like to have an aosp theme or kit kat theme like these in my screen shots below. Is there a flashable zip(hopefully) will I have to go through and decompile the system ui apk?
