Hi developers, I have my galaxy s4 mini with stock 4.4.2 kitkat..but soon after the upgrade from 4.2.2 to 4.4.2 , I am unable to change lock screen wallpaper with ripple effect on..when I switch to ripple effect a stock wallpaper appeared . but with the light effect i am able to customize it. Please help me out with this issue. Thank u .
Is the same on my phone . I just keep light effect and it works . Is a bug on sammy KitKat

Im using a custom made rom , and it will only change when im using samsung's lock screen for some reason ... when i switch to another lockscreen it will become the same as the home screen ... :S

That's because the Lockscreen wallpaper is only supported by stock Samsung Lockscreen.

I think it's not possible. it's based on 4.2.2 which supports widgets and multiple pages. maybe thebest we can see on 4.1.2 would be the lens effect and fonts.
I want only light effect,also on note 2 stock lockscreen 4.1.2, but i want light effect like s4 lockscreen
I was just wondering is there a way to change my lcd density on my stock rooted 4.3 s3 Without having to use a custom rom or a home launcher ?
Ive have tired it through root explore app but it did something funky , it basically was a mini home within a home screen if that makes sense
