after i install kitkat on my korean LG G ... when i open bluetooth settings close error ... bluetooth not on n works help me how to fix it ..

i'm having some problems with my Lg g3 D855 version V20A-EUR-XX.
the problem is the smart notice weatehr isn't working. and whenever i try to use the lg g4 smart notice it works but the wifi kept showing me btaining ip address , i've used all the fix on the net but nothing is working ? what can i do ? is it the stock version issue or what ?

I have a problem with my lg g3 D855 ; which is when I turn wifi on or bluetooth or mobile data all of them is stuck and won't turn on .
I flashed stock rom android 6.0 and also android 5.1 stock , but its same problem !!
Now I'm on Fulmics 7.6 rom , and I still have the same problem , wifi and Bluetooth won't turn on !!
I tried to do some hardware methods by followed instructions on youtube , but nothing new ! ! :crying:
