I've noticed that the international version of the S3 has a touchwiz-based version of MIUI. Which, if I'm gathering my information correctly, would allow us to have samsung apps on an MIUI device. I also know that the Sprint version of the S3 doesn't work with international apps. Is there any chance of the Sprint S3 getting a touchwiz based MIUI?

In case there is no official GN2 upgrade soon, I just wonder if it will be possible to easily port GN3 Android 4.3 touchwiz ROM to be used on our GN2 ?

Hmm good question. Would be nice
No way..since note 3 has different specs..ram, cpu, screen size..are few mentioning which are all different
Instead Note2 has different variants and roms can be Interchanged among them.u cant flash n7100 rom on n7105.
So just hope samsung updates note officially.
I am currently running cm11 on my m919 s4 (mdl). I love it. BUT. It does not support my galaxy gear smartwatch.
I have tried a couple 4.3 Roms, but all the data issues really suck. I just took my watch off and went with cm11.
Does anyone know of any kitkat roms that are in the works that may support the galaxy gear (touchwiz)?
How likely is it that CM will add Gear support?

CM is not gonna support your Galaxy Gear. And chances are high that S4 will never see Kitkat, so far there is no 4.3 and no one know when its coming.

For my watch, it seems like I would have to wait until 4.3 official comes out and a custom ROM is based off of that, and doesnt have modem/network issues.
Without the watch, cm11 (kitkat) is pretty nice! It will hold me over until theres a good 4.3 ROM.... then I'm leaning towards the watch
Why wont CM support the gear?

I;ve searched far and wide and I don't think there is any Omni for the S3. Quantum Rom is really amazing though!
I see all kinds of tips/tricks in the forums for various Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini versions, but mostly the GT-I9190/2/5s. Unfortunately (or not), mine is a SPH-L520. What is the difference between these various versions, and will rooting/flashing process/procedures for one version work on another? Thanks.

Hello!
SPH-L520 is the S4 Mini Sprint version
SCH-I435 is the S4 Mini Verizon version
This means that your device have Sprint Kernel, Sprint System, Sprint everything
The rooting/flashing procedure is very different on those devices.. I don't know why, but is different.
I hope this help you.

SGH-I257M - Canadian version, Rogers
Google "Galaxy S4 Mini wiki." Their page is very complete.
I'm looking for a screen replacement for the verizon version, sch-i435 but I'm only coming up with the international version parts. anybody had to replace one of these yet?
I seen on google there's a 8.0 ROM available for tmo s4. True? Max Lee has links but I'm still unsure
All of the 8.0 ROMS for the T-Mobile Galaxy S4 are in beta. They're certainly available, but there are bugs like that camera not working.
