I've been looking for tutorials on how to network unlock the Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 X (GT-s7560m) and so far, the only one that seems promising is an app from unlockclient.co. But I want to know, is this legitimate or just another malware?

It's not malware, but anyway it's not free. The program will run and will check that the phone is compatible. Then you need to pay 25$ at www.unlockclient.co to get the unlock code...

Hey, I just wondering, but none discussed about a dual sim adapter being compatible with galaxy nexus, something like this:

Looks like these guys do....

I've got products off them before so can vouch for the service

I was looking at this.... does anyone have an experience with anything of this sort.. just wanna check as importing it and all will cost quite a lot so being sure of the product.

why did you bump a year old thread?
Google landed me on this thread.. So didn't create separate thread for the same query... And hoping that someone would be using the same thing.

Anyone know the code for disabling fast dormancy?
I was going to b*tch at you for not googling but nothing came up when I searched and when I dialed *#9900#, I did not see the option.
Have you tried the i9300 app?

if you check the source for that app HERE the author claims it works fine on the Note II.
I don't see why it wouldnt work on the USA variants, but nobody has one yet.. much less rooted one.

That's my website, the other editor besides me with a Note II has used the guide on his. It works. We don't do 'how to' guides for things we haven't done to our own devices.
Two things
Before install the application be sure you have installed busybox (and of course rooted)
Tried it few days and had battery drain on 3g (after diasbling FD my phone works most of the time in 200mhz...i had the same appls, same setup, same rom before and after diasbling FD with this application)

I'm on O2 UK and ROM details are in my sig.
Cheers
EDIT: Works great after re-applying root using the Galaxy Toolbox. Not sure how I lost it root in the first place though! Anyway, great app!
i would love to try out new roms and fully utilize my awesome i467 note 8.0
this locked bootloader sucks
im willing to even pay .
moderator if i posted in the wrong section , please remove.
There´s no need to unlock bootloader to try any ROM I think...
You just have to check if your Note 8 is the N5100, N5110 or N5120 version, that I think in your case is the N5120

I would pay too. A only partially functional 4.1.2 is not ideal. Screen lag is killing me.
Yes the i467 is a different variation, and I agree the screen lag really sucks. I wish someone could help us.... it would be a great xmas presant ; p aaaaaand id give you a night with my sexy korean gf
It's just rather strange and irritating that there is no support in here for the U.S. variant (SGH-i467). I bought mine from AT&T .. should have look on here first before getting it !!

not sim unlock bootloader unlock 2 seperate things
Guys, sorry but we're all basically screwed on this one! Unlocking the bootloader on this device just isn't going to happen. Even if it did my some miracle, there's no one that wants to build a custom rom for it. There's barely anyone that wants to build a rom for the wifi version! This device never really just caught on in popularity like some others. My advice is to just take the bite like I did and get something else. I'm sure you could find someone out there that doesn't care about an unlocked bootloader that'll take it off your hands. It does suck but that's just the way it is.
Trust me, I learned the hard way too!!! If it helps I would recommend a Nexus 7 2013. It's not to expensive and there are tons of roms out there. Even if you don't root it or unlock it it's already updated to 4.4.2. Well, anyways, everyone have a Merry Christmas!!!!!

Are you sure it's a ”mini" S4? Google search says it's a standard S4, sprint variant. http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4-sprint

I would think that's a question for another forum not the Galaxy S9 forums. These threads go off subject a lot but probably not developing for other brands.

I would think it would be super easy to root a clone... Have u tried enabling developer mode then switching OEM unlock on? I'm sure if you read enough of the forums you will figure it out. The other guy is right though, this is for the real version of the s9. The clone has completely different hardware and capabilities. The methods described here will not work for your device.

I'm guessing that is Vkworld's latest clone. At face value it looks like a deal but I'm wondering how it will hold up over time. Anyway, there has been development on their previous S8 model so I would expext someone may be working on the S9. Do a search for Vkworld and you'll find hits, most likely for older models but those forums will be the best place to start.
