Cannot flash custom Kernel in Neo L - Xperia Play Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I tried both the method of flashing a custom kernel
1. using Fastboot
2. using flash tool
But both gave the same error.

[Q] LT18i - Can't flash latest stock firmware, getting an error, please help!

I've installed all drivers via Flashtool-drivers.exe (The device is reachable via fastboot and adb), running Windows 10.
