Only rom cm11 can not, and rom stock is can, tell me why

Hey guys, im new to all this. I have Tab 3 8inch 3g. I installed omni rom 4.4.4 but it dosent have that multi window. I tried all that other apps as well but it dosent work good. I want to install samsung stock rom 4.4.2. Is that possible?

i have galaxy note 2 n7100 and i have the same problem on any rom.
once in a while the rom just "crash" and restart itself.
the same problem happens to me on cyanogenmod 12.1 an resorrection remix too.
i wonder if its some issue on my phone or the way i isntalled the rom or its some problems on this roms.

even on stock? you mentioned only lollipop roms which are not bug-free
when you install new rom, do you wipe everything?
did you do restore of apps?
hello everyone, i had the e980 for a while.. i had install the gpro v8 from bounty, i need to update this phone, but i know that bounty leave the project, but some roms still works very well, but i dont know which one is more stable? bounty kk v12 or lp v12? or someone else..?

Hi guys, I have an SM-T525 LTE and I cannot get the stock ROM to boot. I am sure this is because I installed a marshmallow MODEM, Kernel or some other thing. I can get CM12 Lollipop to boot but Kitkat will not boot at all. Can someone please link either a Lollipop modem or give me some help getting this back up and running? I've never had this trouble and have also had a Galaxy Tab A and a Note 3 which I've installed plenty of different ROMs and Kernels on with no issues.

Never mind! After having a mini heart attack, a data wipe/reset in recovery after flashing the firmware got it to boot! Thank goodness!
Hi guys!
My G3 D855 is struggling with 5.0 and 6.0 stock roms (not stable, bad gps, bad battery, restarts), so I've decided to try completely stock D855 KitKat rom.
Is there any chance I could find the rom to install it with TWRP?
P.S. tried Fulmics rom also, 4K video had a LOT of stutters so I ditched it. I need a stock rom that works without any issues.
