galaxy gear running null and wicked x 7.0 rom

hey, i am running wicked x 7.0, i have the galaxy gear running null rom 23 (though i may apply the tizen update), and i have an old version of gear manager running, but the newest version fails to connect. is there anything i need to do to get this up and running fully?
edit: or is the newest version (with the white icon) only for tizen?

You can ask questions specific to a ROM in the ROM's thread.
I think someone else had a similar problem and asked about it in the Wicked 7 thread and @bilgerryan said he took out Samsung sync stuff. I think someone posted the necessary files in that thread to put them back in.

i searched the thread before i posted. the only result for 'gear' was talking about the gear icon for settings in language in input, and the only result for 'watch' is the word 'watching'
i imagine this is probably a problem with custom roms in general
EDIT: searched other rom threads for gear, no dice

[Q] HELP! on how to unroot Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3

Good afternoon, all.
I unrooted my Sprint S3 and it did not work well at all. What do I need to do to get it back to root and factory reset?
My software version: L710VPUDND8
My Hardware version: L710.14
My Android version: 4.4.2
My Kernel version: 3.4.0-1368792 [email protected]#1
My Build number: KOT49H.L710VPUDND8
I am new in this root stuff. I should not done it. Greatly appreciate for all the help, input.

Hi! Do you still have a custom recovery, preferably Philz Touch Recovery?
If not, Odin the latest Philz Touch Recovery tar.md5 from the thread in development (non-original).
Then use Philz to flash the Odex'd version from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2741413 and you'll be completely stock and rooted.

In there a stock rom w/ GS4 or 5 weather widget and icons?

I've looked and looked and cant seem to find a rom on KK that has everything stock visually but with a s4 or s5 weather widget and icons.
Does anyone know if there is one like this or how i would go about this?

I know Wicked X v7.1 comes with the S5 launcher - maybe the S5 weather widget too? And you can use the stock theme for it from post 3 of that thread.

I tried it and it was good but the entire blue tech layout for every app and settings is just not my style and apparently that didnt change with themes :/

I'm not really sure what it is you're looking for but by the sounds of it, you want a stock ROM with a gs4 or gs5 style weather widget. You can use the nd8 stock build by @CNexus then maybe this is something you'd be interested in using once you're on the stock ROM.

Solved it!
While using Philz recovery, I disabled "Don't allow old binary update files" and then tried flashing and it worked!

If you upgrade to the latest Philz you won't have to worry about that

Hi know this ideal sound useless but trust me i have this change to have internet with usb 3g only. Please help me find out the way, thank you.

No sir, i use connect direct usb 3g to phone via OTG.
I just use ppp widget but its said no driver so im stuck here.

I don't have any ideas, but just to make sure everyone understands, you're saying you're trying to use a USB 3G dongle via USB OTG, correct?
