ZVD Tot File - Sprint LG G2

Hello everyone, I have a question, I'm thinking about re-rooting my device and I was wondering has anyone uploaded the ZVD Tot File? so that just in case I want to return back to the Stock Firmware, I can flash the ZVD Tot File, appreciate any help I can get.[emoji4]

I'm not certain, but I thought I heard there wasn't going to be a tot for zvd. As they were only updating a few things.

Ota update.

I am running tpr 3.11 what will happen if I install the android update that my phone just notified me about?
Thanks for helping a noob

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU DO THIS AT ALL. But most likely it would just fail. If you want to get a ota go back to stock recovery and not a custom ROM.

I installed the update. It was only 3mb. Not sure what it update not i still kept root and everything is fine.

Twrp recovery. I just learned that the update was a MB1 update and it will fail if not on stock recovery.

thank you. now the 2nd question is how to prevent this error. unsecure bootloader?
I don't have the answer to your 2nd query. I haven't yet attempted to root my phone.
I can only suggest to try again after unbricking, or use a different rooting method...
I'll leave this question to more experienced people here.

I already posted an inquiry to another thread. hopefully there is a simple way to load an unsecure bootloader, or a simple guide.

Have you unlocked the bootloader after rooting?i know, stupid question from me,but i have to be sure. Of course you unlocked the bootloader, because otherwise root is pretty useless, since you can't flash cwm and uninstall some system apps without having those issues you mentioned.

Pretty sure you flashed the wrong thing if you got it from here, this is the Sprint forum, and judging by your signature you have the TMo variant... and now you're probably screwed because you can't downgrade your firmware. Read read read, and don't flash stuff that's not for your phone.

No because he flashed the 4.4 Bootloader and they don't have 4.4 yet, so flashing the 4.3 firmware will brick it... He should be able to Odin a recovery and wipe everything and flash a new ROM.

First attempt to use WiFi tether, so it would fail.
Then open sqlite editor,
open Settings Storage
settings.db
system
search for "entitlement ".
It will show "tether_entitlement_check_state"
change the value from 5 to 0.
Reboot & En-joi

Try re-inserting the Sim Card, what Phone Carrier are you subscribed to? Or do you have the International Model of the G3?

Is your device rooted?, if so, try flashing it back to stock unrooted, if your device is not rooted, try doing a factory reset, make sure all your personal data is backed up.
