Have we figured out how to install & change fonts on a None Rooted G3?
If so please share?

There are a lot more fonts available for free on the LG SmartWorld app which you can download and install through the settings menu.

You are trying to install the original theme of lg g3, which is not yet ported to other devices.
these apps are extracted from system dump of lg g3 firmware...
EDIT: try lg g3 theme from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2575385

This is from Sling 2.2.2, based on F180 stock. Not 100% sure, but I assume the app is the same as on the E975. It's NOT a flashable zip -- just unzip it and copy the files over (apk and odex).

Yes there are several apps in the play store that enable you change icon (and name) of an app as it appears on the home screen, without root. An example is QuickShortcutMaker. This lets you choose icons from standard icon packs.

Does anyone know where to find a font changer or fonts that will work with themer? I tried JRummy's and iFont. The chosen fonts will show in the themer menu but when I try to apply I get an error saying the fonts aren't compatible.

ThemeGalaxy should allow you to use custom fonts.
Currently on Nunito Sans on my s9 and it works fine.
You have to install the font package and then go to the font settings in settings -> display.

Free mode, although you'll have to watch an ad to download the font.
Every font changing app stopped working for me.
Even themegalaxy. I have s9 + international.
Theme with case for RoG 2 ( for rooted)
1. Download and install Root Explorer (RE)

2. Open RE, local:
/system/etc/AsusTheme/themes
+ Mount r/o to r/w
+ Delete file "hidden"
Reboot.
Mod edit: Deleted!

Why ASUS so hate to us who bought their phone...event in CN ROM we could not have theming option and twin apps to work, they just disable them right away.
