V20B flashable OTA zip - LG Optimus G (International)

Hi, im on vdf v20a, which I installed as a zip file through recovery. I would like to update to v20b, but without having to flash a kdz file. Does anybody know how to get my hands on the OTA update from v20a to v20b, in zip format?

Have you tried Freegee? It worked on the AT&T KK Rom. I installed CWM 6.0.4.7 from Freegee.

Huawei Ascend P6 android update fail

Hello,
I have already update to B132 but I have this problem when I start the Local Update for B510 the installation start and error appears E\ext_sdcard\dload\update. Zip
Plsssss, tell me where I'm wrong.
Did you rename the update.app file to zip? If you are updating by dload method all you need to do is put update.app folder on your SD card in the dlaod folder. Make sure you have unzipped through winrar first. Other people have reported that updating can only be done through internal memory. Same process as above.

I had to tell you im with rooted p6 should I unroot it first ???
Is there any other way to upgrade it i first tried with online update and it doesn't work for that I ask here cuz I didn't know other ways to upgrade it.
Thanks in advance.
You shouldn't need to change to .zip. I updated with update.app as it was. I was asking if you had changed it to zip. You can update through hisuite but I haven't tried it.

Yes unroot. I haven't rooted mine. Have you changed anything in build prop? Which recovery are you on updates only work through stock recovery. I went from b132 to b512. I'm now on b707(great).

Try moving the dload folder from sdacrd to internal storage.

What if I've never flashed the stock LP rom at all? I started with KK and flashed a LP custom rom via CWM

@lambstone, that should be fine. In fact, flashing kdz or tot files is an easy way to return to stock. You just need to know the correct firmware version and should have your download mode working.
