Your phone has to be rooted,
Then look for the keyguard.apk, mostly in system /app or system /priv-app.

Where did you get the widget from?
Otherwise I think you just need to force the .apk to System/app and set the right permissions!

I can try, just need all apk names in system/app and the size of image used in S2 is it HDPI? or XHDPI?

Rooted? If so than use root explorer and put those files in system/app folder and give right permission, reboot.

so if I just wanted the launcher,
extract clock.apk and home.apk and push manually in system/app right ?
do I need framework as well?

How can I port it? Copying only app file didn't helped. What libs I need to copy? I found one port in Google play, but it isn't 100% CM Clock. If somebody know, please tell me
