Whenever i open hulu and start watching something it works fine. But when i press back or home it just goes into the background. What i noticed was whenever i have had it open, without closing it in ATK, and press the lock button i press it again but it doesnt show the lock screen. Is this happening to anyone else?
I was just on twitter and doing my daily stuff such as browsing the inter net, youtube, in stage am and notice the keyboard pops up and becomes unresponsive... I can still press the home button and interact with things but the keyboard just sits there. After pressing the sleep/wake button it solves the problem but now the screen is unresponsive and takes a few seconds to get back to normal.... this happens frequently and would like to know what the problem... any thoughts, or suggestions on what I can do? Maybe flash official ROM?
Tab Pro 8.4
On my Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, when I am watching a YouTube video, the app starts lagging and getting really slow, and then the screen turns black. My whole tablet becomes laggy, and then the YouTube app crashes. It doesn't even say "Unfortunately, YouTube has stopped". It just closes and loads up my home screen. One time when this happened, the app was just stuck on the black screen, and it didn't even close. My whole tablet was frozen. Eventually it said "YouTube is not responding. Do you want to close it?", and I tried clicking yes, but the button didn't even change color. Eventually, it said " System process is not responding. Do you want to close it?", which just shows how bad this problem is. When I pressed and held the power button it didn't even bring up the menu that lets you shut down you device. I eventually had to just force restart my tablet by pressing and holding the power button for 8 seconds. This awful glitch mainly happens when I am using double tap to seek, which is a very useful feature, but I want to disable it because it causes this error. Sometimes it happens when I am not even using double tap to seek. This is really annoying and frustrating since I watch YouTube videos on my tablet a lot. I need a solution to this. If anyone could provide me with a working one that would be great.
Is there any difference if it's charging or not?
Change your adreno driver !

I have had this phone for a week now and am finding that when I am watching videos in landscape mode that the screen will just suddenly turn black, the only way to get it back is to press the power button but then you notice that the video has continued to play so you have to keep rewinding a bit to see the bit you've missed.
Does anyone else have this problem, and if so is there a fix for this?
It is really annoying as you can imagine!
After oreo update my Verizon note 8 started to turn off the screen right after play a video on Facebook and some other apps, sound continued playing and touch also respond but screen remains black, in order to get the screen on again I had to press power button twice.
The solution for my case was: go Android settings/screen/full screen apps/all apps
Just reboot and the bug was fixed
