I bought my Tab S about a week ago,at the same time my wife bought a Tab 4.When I do a web search or download a App when my wife boots her Tab 4 up everything I have done on my tablet appears on her tab 4,so she knows everything I have done.how do I stop this happening.Thank You.Longlegs

pekr according to the wife she has not set any accounts up on her Tab 4 which is probably right because she keeps asking me what to do.How do I check which google account her tab is using.Thanks Longlegs
Just check the gmail in her tab 4. If its contain yours then it is on the same account.
Or look at play store account. Or just look at account in settings

From Apps menu...
Tap Settings.
Select the General tab.
Under 'MY ACCOUNTS
Tap Google.
If there is a Google Account on your wife's tab it will show here.

As far as I know only way to change google account is full wipe.
Go to settings, general... accounts... add account.... google... new.... create a new one and then back to accounts and delete yours

Has anyone been able to get the new version of Music from google. Version (4. 0.1) on their ET4Gs. And ability to stream from the cloud as well

Personally I like the app from Amazon. I purchase most of my music from them and it automatically goes into the cloud app and I can stream to the phone with no further action on my part.
It's been working for me. I uploaded all of my music and it streams pretty well. Even on 3g speeds.
I installed the new one but the select Google account option doesn't show up for me, so I just uninstalls and went back to old one.

Same thing happened to me. So i cleared data on the app, uninstalled it, installed the new music app, cleared data once more, and it worked! It automatically shows ur music, there is no option in the menu.

I've had it since day one. Had a xoom so they gave to us first. I'm streaming with the old app now. I tried clearing data and reinstalling, but didn't work for me. Thanks for the invite offer anyways.

I'm facing to the problem to syn the contact from Outlook to Galaxy Note II via Kies (the software of Samsung), but it seems that it not workable. Since I'm very new to the Android OS, any of your inputs to fix the problem would be appreciated.

I gave up trying to do this in Kies some time ago. Researched and tried various alternatives and settled on the free app MyPhoneExplorer. One of the best apps I've used in Android, highly recommended. When syncing Outlook contacts it will list all the changes its about to make so you can check / edit them first. Works over USB, wifi or Bluetooth.
If you can use Microsoft exchange that syncs perfectly contacts calander and even sms. I suppose it depends who your email provider is

Thanks guys, since this is my first android os running device and i'm not familiar to. I have uninstalled the Kies on my laptop and then install it again, now it's working properly thought the transfer speedy not too fast like Itunes that I have used before. Finally, I got it done
Another issue occured right after, when I choosed tab "merge the contact with samsung account" or "merge contact with google account", all contacts in the Phone tab has goned. When I went to the Phone and pressed the menu button, then choose the contact to display, press the "Phone", not any contact appeal. But when choose "the samsung or google account" the contacts now there. Is there any way I could move all contacts back to the tab "phone" that it supposed to be the right place?

Check out Go Contact Sync, it is on Sourceforge. http://sourceforge.net/projects/gocontactsync/ That lets you sync your contacts between Outlook and the GMail contacts, which sync with your phone.
Thanks mate, I followed your instruction but the contact could not sync into the "Phone" tab. All contacts now in google or samsung account tab. Sigh

You really want your contacts in the google or samsung account tabs. That way when you wipe the data on your phone, as soon as you add the accounts back, the contacts are resync'd back to your phone. Plus using GMail you have access to your contacts there if they are in the google account section when using webmail.

I'm pretty sure that s-note syncs through your samsung account. Do you have the same Samsung Account setup on both devices?
On my Note 2, there's a little cloud icon at the corner of each note, which tells me that the note has synced to the cloud successfully. Do you see that cloud icon on your notes?

Hi, Thanks for your answer. So I have an samsung account, which is conneted to a dropbox account.
What I found strange is on the dropbox setting it says the dropbox sincronization is not activated..

On my device, the dropbox sync is only for photo's, not files. I don't think that has anything to do with snotes. Unfortunately, since I don't have a second Samsung device to test with, I really can't offer any other suggestions

Hi,
I had been away from my country for few weeks in Jan. My phone was out of signal during that time but i used it as a camera. Since i came back to country I oberserverd that my Gmail App stopped syncing automatically. Everytime I had to refresh it manually to get new emails.
Someone suggested me to clear the Gmail app data and that should resolve the syncing problem. I did that last night but now i am not able to use Gmail app at all. When i open it, It is just showing me "Waiting for sync, your email will appear shortly".
Could you please help me to resolve this problem on my Galaxy Nexus.

Sorry, Its not working. In fact all of the accounts like WhatsApp, Dropbox etc all are showing as "Sync is Off".
When i did manual sync I got my emails but i need automatic sync.
Probably an authentication ****up. Remove your Google account on your phone and re add it.

I downloaded a great app called Smoothsync for Icloud that allowed my droid calender to sync with my icloud.com calender. However, since using it on my Note 3 my icloud account for Smoothsync keeps disapearing . I have to keep going into Accounts and adding this account all the time. Any ideas on what it could be please? thanks.

Same here.
Go back to the play store and look at that devs other apps.
You'll see a 'JB fix' app for a bunch of apple progs. Select the calendar one and install.
It will fix this problem.

Today I tried looking for the JB Fix , I saw an app / patch called JB Workaround by Marten Gajda, is this patch I need? If so, I installed it but unsure what to do next?
