I'm coming from a Galaxy Note 3 and on my ext sdcard I have 6 different folders with different labels. They show up exactly that way on my Note 3 gallery. But on my m8 all my pictures show up under camera and not separate folders like on my note 3. How do I sync these folders where they show up in separate folders on my m8?

Hey Guys!
I wonder if anyone can help me,
I have say a TON of wall papers and i like to change often or blue tooth them to my friends,
On my Ext SD card, I have folders named "Abstract", "Nature", "Cars" etc etc,
So when i go to my Gallery i now have lots of different folders "Bluetooth", "Camera" and then each individual Wallpaper folder ("Abstract" etc etc)
I am just wondering is an app that will allow me to make a "Sub Folder" called "Wallpapers" for instance, and then put all the other folders inside it (Abstract, cars, etc)..
Just so it makes my Gallery less cluttered?
I hope that makes sense
Try Quickpic
perchè autsiddm
try this one, scalado
My wife's Nexus has several folders in the gallery, one is named "Instant upload". She can't delete the photos in that folder and when I connect it to my pc, I can't find that folder.. Its pictures she has taken btw.. Thanks..
Those are the photos that have been uploaded to Google+/Picasa. (it shows the Picasa icon next to the folder name)
The whole picture isn't on the phone. Just the thumbnail. If you want to delete it you must do so from Google+ or Picasa.
Hello!
Galaxy Note 2 doesn't show photos from Picasa like Galaxy S3 for example.
So, how is it possible to organize those albums? Choose the cover? Order of presentation....?
And also, do you know it it's possible to choose order of online albums (i mean : picasa first, then facebook, then dropbox...)?
Thanks
Right now my settings for photos are to ext sd but I noticed when I try to reorganize my photos using gallery creat new album and moving photos, the new album and accompanying photos go to internal storage. How do I set new albums to default to external?
2. If I create a new directory in extSdCard dcim directory , I notice the gallery needs to be restarted and creates duplicate album entries in gallery.
How does i create an album on ext card to move pics there in gallery?

I would like to know this aswell. I find the gallery to be very unorganised.
Folders from dropbox and google and camera and external sd card and so on and so on..
Select all,Copy/Paste to a newly created folder on the external SD card.
hi Hagba
I did that using Solid Explorer. Create a folder, select the pics and move.
Then when I launch Gallery, it actually creates 2 duplicate albums (one with a SD icon and one without) showing duplicate photos.
It's a weird quirk.
I moved all my albums to extSDcard using solid explorer and quickpic and when I use Gallery , it shows duplicate albums (one with the SD icon and one without).
Does your gallery show the albums moved to Extcard correctly without a duplicate?

As the poster above said I used the stock My File application,Selected all the pictures and pasted to a folder I have created on the External Card and after that DELETED the empty original folder from the internal storage card,so no I have no duplicate issue. .
With my Note 3, I could enable auto sync/backup of photos via Google+ and exclude some folders from the automatic backup. I can't find any way to selectively exclude folders for the Note 4. Has that option gone away, or am I just not finding it?
Found it. The option's still there. In G+, go to Photos, On Device. Each folder has a cloud icon to the right that toggles auto-backup for that folder.
