Backup your apps and user data and do a full wipe before flashing. Maybe this helps.
I had the same problem, a few months ago. But it solved it self, no idea what the error was..

I have this issue with Oxygen. What did you do finally?
Regards,
Manuel.
So last night I left my phone off and on charge to charge my main battery. I went to turn it on this morning and it won't get past the boot animation, even after 20 minutes. I've tried booting with both batteries, with no luck. I'm currently running PitchBlack 2.0 (4.2.2) and haven't had this sort of problem until now. I tried wiping cache+dalvik and that didn't work. I've left my phone sitting for a while still with no luck. Any suggestions? I wanna try everything before I try resetting my phone.

first try to let your phone sit for minutes without battery
if not, reflash your rom, or push kernel to your sd card and flash it

I reflashed my rom (flash+wipe cache+dalvik) and still nothing, so I'm gonna try and reflash AK Kernel and see what happens.
And flashing the kernel did nothing. I'm gonna wait and see if any more suggestions come up. If not I'll do a full wipe and either flash a new rom or PitchBlack 2.1.

Did you try going back to the stock rom (with stock kernel)? My friend had a similar problem and it helped
Later he flashed his custom ROM again and everything worked fine.
EDIT: Sorry, didn't see that you want to try everything before you reset the phone.

I don't know... I'm waiting for my GNEX to come next weekend, so I don't have much experience with the device, but I had an HTC One X.. On the HOX I had a problem too, and I flashed the stock rom again and again untill it was solved
If this doesn't help and you are already on the stock rom, you could lock your bootloader and send the GNEX back under warranty..?

I'm not under warranty, I wiped everything and flashed again, it works. I'll keep it on for a while and reboot it later. If the problem persists I'll flash back to stock.

have you tried factoring defaulting the device
if they still doesn't work my guess would be that there might be a hardware issue
has the phone been dropped, gotten wet or even in a high humidity location

It has been factory reset, numerous different roms and still the same issue. Hasn't been dropped or in high humidity, I didn't send it off to a third party repair place but I think they may have just had it sitting in there office when I paid for a 'diagnostic' fee. I thought a broken antenna as well.
Could it be a SIM problem?

Definitely not a sim card problem, I have tried multiple sim cards In it and the problem remains. Is there any possibility that it's a problem with the modem. As I did unlock it using the downgrading and hidden menu method.

This is going to sound dumb, but how do i go about rooting my phone? As with this KNOX rubbish it has made it a lot more complicated. Is there still no way to downgrade the boot loader on the N7105?

This really is driving me insane, surely by installing cyanogenmod it changes the kernel anyway. Ive just installed cyanogenmod and the problem still remains. This all occured after unlocking my phone via the hidden menu in android 4.1.1. I wish I just paid the lousy £20.

I had a similar prob with my HTC one. So I flashed boot image (TWRP recovery) using fastboot. Then applied custom ROM using recovery.
Are you using a windows 8 PC for flashing? If so try flashing again from a Windows 7 PC, It works sometimes (I dont know why, but USB driver management of Win8 sucks)
Your phone should be in warranty (I hope so) and you should first give it to Samsung guys if you have original purchase proof. Since u bought it in Chile and using it in Argentina, I dont know if it would be possible. All the best.
So this is regarding the vibration issue on HTC M8 now its currently on Lollipop.
Vibration doesn't work anymore, I checked using the diagnostics test and from there it doesn't work.
Sometimes it work but after that it wont work anymore.( when receiving calls or when receiving messages).
The phone was previously modded using xposed framework.... and such.
I believe it has somthing to do with mod.
BUMP
anyone ?????
Did you reset and install Lollipop?
My vibration is working fine, even whilst typing.

I don't think so. If the H-Boot was updated along with the lollipop update that HTC released, you might have to S-off, I guess.
(I didn't keep a note on what the H-Boot version was in the 4.4.4 rom).
