Just wondering if someone can give me a complete guide on flashing the proper basebands on my sgh-i467 to enable AWS LTE for use with t-mobile? sorry if this isn't in the correct thread, but I couldn't find a thread that discusses much about this specific device. I understand that root and custom rom will be required, but don't want to go through all of that work if there isn't a radio flash somewhere that will enable the aws bands for me (I've searched everywhere, and haven't been able to find anything for this specific device). Any links or anything at all in regards to this are appreciated, thank you!!

Ok I am relatively new to moding my phone. I have an incredible 2 I would like to unlock the bands on and be able to use on ATT. I have searched the threads and I am thoroughly confused. I don't understand all the acronyms and searching all of those is daunting. I have rooted my phone with s-on and unlocked the sim, but don't know where to go from here.
Here are the details on my phone
Kernel
2.6.35.9-g363dc4a
Baseband
20.28w.30.0813u_1.09.01.0722
Android version
2.3.4
Not sure on what other information is needed. But any detailed help will be greatly appreciated. I have read the tbh us gsm thread and several hundred others and cant seem to figure out where i need to go from here.
Please use the Q&A Forum for questions Thanks

I am taking my Telus S2 phone to Russia and worried that my modem will not work there.
I understand that there are Russia specific modems out there, like XELP8
I have searched the net and cannot find anywhere to download it.
Can someone help me acquire the Russia specific modem please?
Find roms released by the carrier in question on Samfirmware/similar, pull the modem.bin file out of the rom package, and either flash that in Odin ('Phone' section), or swap the modem.bin file out of a CWM flashable modem package you have/put the new one in & flash that.

You should try ZCLPK. I'm using it in Moscow with MTS operator and there're no problems.

It's russian forum, so use translator. PM me if you have any problems with understanding.

I just realized that my exact model of the phone is T989, which is T-Mobile variant of I9100.
Will the above mentioned modem work with my phone?
Then you should look here - http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=333365
Spoiler #5 (Модемы Радио-модули)
However, there's no information which of them give the best results for the exact cell operator. Try it yourself =)

Ok, so i rooted my phone a few days ago, I am from the Philippines by the way and using a local carrier Globe. The phone has an Orange Carrier logo when i turned it on. Any way so i follow the instruction for rooting the phone and it was successful and works like a charm. But then i want to change it to JB 4.2.2 using the lates CM. I use goomanager and TWRP to be able to change it to the latest CM 10.2 i was able to change it without any problems but then i cant seem to receive 3G and LTE or 4G on my device. I manually change the APN information of my carrier to make sure it is correct but then i failed. i am still not able to get LTE. I have read some threads that it might be the radio or modem. But i am new to this, forgive my ignorance but i dont know what i need to look for. If there are some one who can point me in the correct direction i really appreciate it. or if there is something im doing wrong kindly help me straight this one out. A guide is much appreciated.
did you download the proper CM for your device?

do you back up your imei before change ROM?
Hey guys and gals, I have the ATT note 2. I want to bring my phone over to T-mobile...and, I'm not quite sure what I need to do. I've searched around and I don't think I found an exact answer / guide on what specifically needs to be done. And I'm not positive that what info I did find was in date.
I'm running Dirty Unicorns for my rom, so I'm off touchwiz. What else is needed besides the obvious new sim? Is it as simple as flashing a new radio?
Sorry for my ignorance; if there is a guide and I'm missing it, I'd love the link. Thanks!
Well I am on Wind Mobile, which is T-mobile north
All I had to do was do the AWS mod. If you look in my threads there is one that has the link to to the site that gives a step by step. There are a few threads that give there. It opens up the bands you need to use.

I am not one to post these questions since I rather look around and try to find the answer (which I learn a lot in the process) BUT I have been looking and cant seem to find a LP that is for T-Mobile that has WIFI calling. For that matter, I cannot seem to find a 4.4.4 or 4.4.2 ROM that I can install using TWRP for this SGH-I747. Any "Pointing Fingers in the right Direction" would be much appreciated.
@DocHoliday77 Just wondering, but would you know the answer to the question above? Thanks!
I found this ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/development-i9305/rom-amcha-rom-kk-simply-cust-t2898961 for s3 AT&T version I9305 . can someone please help me install this on my s3 T-Mobile T999 version. I am interested in it because it has ultra power saving mode
