[Q] Can i use Flashtool with no Unlock bootloader

One question to make it clear. I have stock firmware Untouch no Root and No bootloader unlock. and updated to 4.0.4 Build 6.0.A.2.50 using official PCC. I want to know is it possible to downgrade my phone to Gingerbread using flashtool without unlocking bootloader?

Yup u can do this.
Just download the firmware from
Xdafileserver and flash it:thumbup:

Absolutely NO, locked bootloader's always stuck with the default kernel.

you'll get bootloop if you install custom kernels

For custom kernels : you can't
For official/SONY stock kernels : you can

Sony Xperia S Help!

Hi,
I m new to the forums.
I have a sony xperia s with a locked bootloader but has been rooted.
i have cwm installed on it and currently have XZXperiance_2 installed.
I would like to go back to the offical ICS 4.0.4 Rom.
The phone says it is still logged as 4.0.4 but with different system on it.
I would like to go back to the origional system because of the official JB Update in the next few weeks.
If some could help me step by step it would be much help =]
I have set it back to factory settings but doesnt go back to the origional system i dont think i backed up the old system =[
Any help would be much appriciatted,

Use flashtool from development part of Xperia s forum.
Download it, instal drivers, download ICS 4.0.4 generic world and flash it via flashtool.

You can also use SUS for repair the phone to stock rom.

I think he can cause his bootloader is locked i personally did it my self about month ago..

Depends on rom, if creator renamed the rom SUS will says unkown version.

Just before i rooted my phone, unlocked bootloader, and also installed cwm..
if i install this firmware, it will affect anything listed above?
(because before this, i only rooted my phone, after updating firmware my root gone)

if you flash the new firmware your root n cwm will gone but not for the bootloader, it's still unlocked

Stock tft need help me

i install cm 11 beta 3 on my xperia m my phone give too many problem like in call voice too low,some time hanging,network switch too 2g/3g not working perproly,etc
i want to go back stock plz give me stock tft file of 15.1.C.2.8 i also have ta backup also tell me how to relock bootloader
plz give me mediafire link of tft file if possible thnx in advance
