If you want to make a stock based custom rom then use stock rom as base. Download it from sammobile. And if you want to make AOSP type custom rom then use pawitps cm10.1 as base or cm10.2 when it becomes stable. But first ask for permissions and source code etc. Happy building!!

I dont think so... that this mobile have any custom rom based on jb or kk
