[Q] alternative kitkat clock - Xperia Z1 Compact Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello guys!
I've been using my z1 compact for about one week now and generally I'm pretty happy with it and with the sony version of Android 4.4.
One thing I really don't unterstand is why the sony guys didn't adapt the kitkat clock with its smart system to set the alarm and sticked to the old clock with its rollers. I downloaded a kitkat clock from the playstore but optically I like the sony version with its bright design better.
So is there a clock which serves both demands?
Did I already say that I don't know what 's wrong with the sony guys?

[Request] Xperia S Style Flash Light Widget

Im looking for a simple on/off flash light widget which matches the style of the default xperia s on/off widgets. I only found this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1526449 but the widget is smaller in accordance to the X10 screen. Does an1 know for a widget tailored to the S screen size and style?
Hey,I've been looking for this,I just don't know if this is working on Xperia S :/ I don't think it works, but we can ask some dev to make it
I'll be interested to get widget like this too +1 :good:
+1, plz.
Well i found this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1827215. The problem though is that even in the large size the widget is a bit smaller than the rest of the s widgets...
i use the torch app form the xperia go (or gx idk) it comes with a widget that looks pretty cool but not like the on off tools.
view the screenshot to see what i mean
P.s you can go here for notification toggles http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2017867
that will give you a notification toggle for the led torch which i think is better than a widget

Did you try whit TesleaLED? It is avaliable in Play Store.
I am not the Dev of this Widget.
But I have make a Zip for this Widget wich you can use.
I upload the Zip this evening.
I have tested my Zip with my Acro S
This Mod is the Android Flashlight Widget from the Market.
After flash of my Zip, i saw a message of the market for update of this widget.
After the update , the Icon changed to the Stock Icon .
I think, it is better to use the new Xperia Torch Widget.
This Widget is much better as the Android Widget.
i know it, but really i dont use camera much

[REQ] [APP] [Ion] awesome jellybean features lg nexus 4 ad

Hi guys i saw this awesome jellybean features on LG nexus 4 from the original jellybean messaging where a notification pop ups directly on a lockscreen and the on and off lockscreen animation plus the original notification sound with it. I thought if some developer here could take a look in it make it possible to port the same original apk files for our device especially for our xperia ion's would be totally great..

The lockscreen stuff cant be ported to Xperia firmware because it is integrated into the framework. It could probably be ported to a cm10 version that runs on ion though.

weather widget

Hi my friends here in xda,
I'm a proud galaxy s3 owner running Omega rom latest, witch i find way better than stock, and much better than any other I've tried latest couple times... flashed LLA bootloader just for trying to discard any chance of suden death, but waiting for Omega v36 for stock kernel with exynos security patch...
Now, as I'm always looking for mods and themes for this beautifull piece of hardware , I've came accross many weather widgets and I've also being looking for an analog clock weather widget, as the one we could find on my old Htc hd2 once moded with CHT 2.0. Since we already have a digital clock on status bar, I believe that a widget with the same size as the stock one on our galaxy, but with an analog clock aligned at the upper left, would really make it nice...
Wonder if someone could help...
Tank's.

[Q]Clock app from 4.1.2 to 4.3

Today I got Xperia M as an upgrade from Xperia Active and I already updated it to 4.3 but I don't like new Clock application. I prefer old one from 4.1.2 because of desk clock feature that shows clock and then lock-screen instead of bright lock-screen in the middle of the night then dark clock. So is there any way to get old app to work with 4.3 or you can suggest alternative for that clock application.

[Request] Need good old Xperia features

Is there any true Sony fan developer that can bring back/mod old features like Sense slideshow in Album app, Video minimise option to Video and TV slideshow app or simply just make old Z series Video app support to newer Xperia devices, Senseme and Visualizer options in Music app, Headphone selection feature without root. Ok i am kidding! But why there is Headphone selection apk and why is not working/showing when i installed on my Xperia 8.0 stock OS!
I also want the Color illumination bar! So, please make some hardware changes u goddamn sony fan boiiiiiiiis!
If there are more old cool features. Please bring them back!
if brother I agree with you, many old things that are and quito were very good, for example the music visualizer and the old video app
Why Sony custom rom developers aren't trying to bring any single old feature. I really wish someone just make Sony's Jellybean like UI in custom 8.1 OS devices with a mix of Material design! Everyone forgotted the real Sony!
