Hey guys on my gnex I had the app in the link and it installed and I could do sweet stuff with it. But on the optimus it will not install. Could someone port it or tell me a way to install it?

"NOTE: THIS IS A SYSTEM APPLICATION, NOT A USER APP! Do not try to install like a normal user app. It must be flashed to system/app"
Install is by placing it in System/app with a program like root explorer
I did that. Its a .zip I flashed in recovery, pulled the APk out and put it in system/app and fixed permissions. But the app will not show up after returning from recovery

I'm sure it relies on specific framework and stuff it wasn't meant as a standalone app
