So far it works great.
I'v been using app settings, play store fixes, wanam xposed, and xposed statustext without any issues.
when i had xPrivacy installed my battery seemed to drain a lot quicker.

Xposed Installer?

Has anyone tried installing Xposed Installer on their S-Off'd phone? I'd really like to use some of the modules supported by Xposed, but I wasn't sure if it was safe to install or not. Please comment if you have tried.
I too would like to know this
I installed as well as the sense toolbox, seems to work somewhat

Works fine. I've used it with Sense and AOSP roms.
Works great for me, love the power !
Yes it works! Almost everything I've installed has worked or semi worked.
Working great for me. Center clock, different battery icon, transparent status bar, extended reboot menu.
Yup. Lots of mods, in particular, blinkfeed removal and volume notification unlink. Love the custom batteries, everything.
I'm using gravity box to get the AOSP recent apps menu with a clear all button as well as the circlemod battery from Cyanogenmod that is accurate down to the charging animation.

What modules are you guys using? I haven't had much time to dig around but I've got the sense 5 toolbox (haven't really messed with it) and the xposed status bar mod for sense.

Is they any risk of busting things up or did it show a reversion to stock for each mod?

The modules I'm currently using with XPosed Installer:
BootManager
Greenify (Donate Version)
XPrivacy
XVolume30
I'd recommend each to anyone, though the more detailed level of privacy customizations for XPrivacy may not be for all. There are other great modules out there, but I have other apps that fulfill some of the same features of the modules available that I like, so I have no need to install them. Good luck!

i've been able to reverse out changes, but you should always create a backup.
I got it for the icon changer, works great and looks awesome with aviate launcher. I also have a couple other modules, no issues so far
what has y'alls mileage been with gravity box on sense. from a review i read of this module, it a) has crazy customizations and b) should only be used with vanilla roms.

You mean do the above with your speedo mod? If so, I tried that and didn't change results.
Thanks for the pointers and trying to figure it out, though.

You can use xposed module if u found it hard to modify the systemui. You can google for Gravity Box. I prefer use xposed because it is much more easier

Xposed for g3

I decided to set up a spot where you all can have a repository of working xposed themes and such.

rovo89 has said Xposed does not work with ART. There is an experimental version that is designed to work with it, is that what you were running?
If Xposed does NOT work with ART then our phones do NOT run ART because I have made the switch to ART and G3 Tweakbox is working without error.

Does anyone use ART and Xposed with Xprivacy?
Sent from my LG-D855 using XDA Free mobile app
Working for me:
App settings
Boot Manager
G3 Tweaksbox
Network Speed Indicator
Possible issues:
Smooth system progress bars & Activityforcenewtask: One of these was causing my G3 to not sleep after screen off and cause excessive heat. I need to re enable them one at a time to see what the issue is and if it was just a fluke.
Anyone else get weird wakelocks or high cpu usage (heat) with xposed enabled?

I was getting a warm phone too. I didn't check for wake locks but the phone felt sluggish. I only had G3 Tweakbox and Instagram Downloader installed, so it was either the Tweakbox or the framework.
Things are much smoother without xposed.

No you didn't. You switched it to ART but then it automatically switched it back to DALVIK when you rebooted.

Some of it. I'm running it right now for only 2 uses - pie control and immersive status bar. It doesn't work for too much, like it can't control the quick settings or the lock screen.

You guys rock
I was pacing and waiting for the right time to root this thing and I finally did it. I then installed Xposed framework/Tweaks. I don't see myself flashing a rom anytime soon. The tweaks are amazing. Boyfriend will be jealous that my phone is better than his, hehe. Thanks guys, you're the best.
Finally Rooted
After trying multiple methods, I'm finally rooted and ready to get it in!
