you can use a cm 10 themes but it ends there the htc launcher does not support anything without the framework

Requires sense framework, and that's proprietary and you can't port that.

Hello guys , I'm just curious and new about the ROM porting or whatsoever .
My question is ,how can I port the AOSPA 4.0 (KitKat) to hammerhead ,just to try it and self-compile ?

I'm not sure, but i think BBM can be installed on ICS+, but somewhere maybe there are some developer that still work to make that happen.
just be patient or upgrade your OS
