wouldnt that work out for your situation?
How should forcing it off help him when it's not turning on? :silly:
Solved
1. First of all connect usb charger ( not magnetic one ) and leave 1-2 hrs of charege minimum.
2. Press red little button in simcard compartiment with a pin .
3. Done !
This work for me !

So, you did not root or unlock the bootloader? Then sony MUST repair your phone.

I flashed the kernel with adb mode, but now I have a serious problem.
I am stuck on the sony screen and it doesn't go further than that..
I can't seem to enter fastboot mode.
Did I brick it?
What do I do now?
Help would be appreciated !

Doesn't work cause the screen is just black and it doesn't respond.
I guess I need to let battery die and then recharge and try flash kernel again ?
mah man...posting a question...which u labeled as a question manually (the [Q])... in da dev section.
brillant thinking
cuz you posted it here because u knew you may get an answer quicker....but sadly,
nobody was there to yell at u...like the other members that post questions in the dev section xD
anyway, there is a unbrick thread in the general section...very detailed at that

I'm sorry mate. I'm new here so didn't really know where to post it..
I found that thread. So normally it should work out when I follow those steps?
Just let my battery die, then charge it and flash kernel? Then let it die again, and charge it and flash the tft file ?
Is that correct ?
AW: [Q] Tried flashing back to stock rom and kernel. stuck on "sony" screen
If u want to go back to stock, just flash stock rom with flashtool. U dont need to flash Kernel and rom seperatly... Now its too late. Try to get in flashmode, maybe now or let the battery die first. Then flash stock 3.7 or 2.68 ftf.

Ok guys...
I charged the phone until it was orange. I then tried to flash it with the flashtool like it should be done.
However when i pressed vol down + plug in usb, my screen just turned on and showed the sony sign... So that didn't work
I then wanted to shut it down, but I waited to long and I accidentaly let it vibrate 3 times.
Now the phone is completely dead and it doesn't give any light when charging and I can't start it up...
What happened here?
UPDATE !
I could charge it until it was orange. I then tried several times to go into flashmode with flashtool.
I just kept on pressing voldown and it seems to have worked !
Phone is back to normal !

Well, after a series of rooting and trying to get CWM recovery on my Xperia ZL and getting SuperSU I decided it was time to update to CM 10.1.0 RC5 Odin I didn't unlock my bootloader cause I don't know how, to my knowledge of a video I saw online if your phone says that you cannot unlock your bootloader than you can't. So I just thought it was okay to install CM 10.1.0 and did so, now my phone is stuck in infinite reboot without any sort of logo and just stuck at a black screen. I was wondering if any of you guys can help me solve this :\ thanks!

If you can still access CWM Recovery you can try to restore a backup of your old system. Otherwise you will have to flash an FTF using Flashtools.
(You can find the FTF that belongs to your phone here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2094).
If it is your first time using Flashtools you can search here in xda for guides, there are many that explain how to flash a FTF
And, as I said in another post before, every rom that needs to flash a Kernel (CM10.1, PAC, ReVolt, etc) you must have an unlocked bootloader unless it's tagged as a stock based rom.

I love you so much man, thanks a lot. I'm going to try out a couple of methods to at least restore the phone to 4.1.2. Do you have any advice on how to unlock the bootloader or any roms that doesn't require an unlocked bootloader?
Edit: By the way, I can't access CWM I wish I could, but I tried pressing the hard OFF button on the back of the phone and I tried pressing every button as well, it doesn't connect to my laptop or computer at all. Any way I can connect it to reset it?

Actually all Stock Roms (Found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2094) don't require an unlocked bootloader, but if you want to unlock it so you can install Custom Roms (Found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2095) that are not Stock based here is a very nice Tutorial about how to do the Unlock Bootloader procedure: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2153261

You are the boss man, thanks a bunch I was so worried about my phone. I just got it and was about to unlock it for a company that's super cheaper than all the other phone companies. I'm currently flashbooting it so I can restore it. I will take a peak at the bootloader unlocking procedure and I'm going to thank you again for your help.
Edit: My phone is being recognized in Flashmode only and randomly disconnects and reconnects. I hope I can flash it when the .zip is done downloading. I'll keep you posted.
Edit 2: I'm stuck on FlashTools "Reading Device Information" :\ now I'm stuck at 7% of Flashing Data and it hasn't moved

I would recommend you to flash this FTF first because you need to recover your android system first so you can move files in and out, install recoveries, etc. After doing so you can continue with that rom

Do a hard reset on it (using the button on the back), don't turn it on and follow the Flashtools flashing process
1.- Open Flashtools
2.- Flash mode > Flashmode > Select the FTF you just downloaded (The one of 700+MB) > Flash
3.- Connect your Phone if Flash mode (It will start flashing).
4.- Boot your phone and you're ready to go.
When selecting the FTF just select it and leave everything as it is and make sure that you have installed the drivers for flashing (
They are where found you installed Flashtools
In a folder called Drivers, open the .exe and Install these:
- Fastboot drivers
- Flashmode drivers
- Xperia Z and SO-02E drivers
If stills doesn't works I can't help any far as that, but I would suggest you that If you are able try to flash it on another computer (It might sound silly but It could actually work ), also make sure that you're running the latest Flashtool which is v0.9.11.0 and can be found here: http://androxyde.github.io/

Hi Guys
So heres what happened. I rooted my phone and installed the Beats Audio Driver from the Fantastic Audio Installer by motioncoding from the play store. It came to my understanding that the beats driver did not properly install. I opened the app and pressed install and the phone is now in a constant boot loop This is where the phone can boot into the lockscreen but then it automatically restarts and the whole cycle repeats over and over again.
Currently i can only get my phone into flash mode but not fastboot.
-The phone has had its network unlocked. 2 days ago i typed in a network unlock pin into the phone
-The sony flashtool (emma) doesnt work because i have a unlockable bootloader
-I did not install CWM because i only rooted my phone 3 hours ago and i did not know at the time
Does anyone know if flashtool by bin4ry will help me get out of the bootloop in my case
Thanks

Hey..
I was trying this service that sony provides at myxperia.sonymobile.com
This helps users to locate, lock and erase their device from anywhere.
But when i tried to lock it i just heard the notification tone from my phone. Then when i was trying to turn on the screen it was not responding.
Then it started rebooting.
And till now its just stuck on the boot animation screen.
Dont know what went wrong.
I did try to flash it using flash tool. But even thats not happening.
When i try to flash it, it exits flashmode and turns on [boot animation].
I am flashing without wiping cache or data. [i need those]
Phone is not rooted.
So is there any method that will help?
WIll unlocking the Boot Loader help?
I am using :
Xperia M C1904
Firmware : 4.3 15.4.A.1.9
Please reply ASAP.
Thanks
