I got the D855 it's rooted but with no custom recovery. I've installed Chainfire3D hit install driver and reboot and it's stuck on boot logo.
Is there anything I can do before a hard reset?

Try pulling the battery if not next time install superuser

Why did you install chainfire3d in the first place? And to answer your question hard reset is the only way to go.
P.S chainfire3d is from the gingerbread era circa 2011 and is not designed whatsoever to run on anything above

hard reset didn't work...hat to install using tot and dll.
The reason why I installed chainfire is because I wanted to play HalfLife 2 on my G3. the only way I knew how to play tegra games on nontegra devices was with chainfire.
if there is a new way please let me know.

did you get the newest version of supersu? my bet is no.
if you had searched, you wouldve known this.
I solved it.
Before restarting a question is asked: if flashing the recovery. You have to answer NO and I solved.

I have been rooted for the last few months now through Purple Drake lite. I have CWM as well as as having the Update-SuperSU-V1.94.
Everything has been working well until i switched to ART. It broke root and messed up all the apps. Tried to factory reset and try and root again but the same thing keeps happening. When i try rootchecker, it says there is no root, but when i check stumproot, it says the phone is rooted. But the weird thing is, You can tell some of the apps that need root work, but others won't work which is really weird.
I can't boot into recovery. This pops up:

Somehow the CWM file got corrupted and would not delete through factory reset. So all i did was move it through a file manager and place it on my sd card and delete it from there. Then it let me delete it. Pretty weird..
My wife's m7 is not rooted and she received the update to lollipop a couple of days ago 5/19/2015.

Lol that’s why its good to be rooted and s-off guys… I wouldn’t have had this problem if that was the case.
Is this considered a hard brick since I can't get into the bootloader?

I'm actually thinking of updating my phone to lollipop through HTC Sync and I'm afraid that it might cause error and get stuck on bootloop. :/

try flashing a different recovery
use one of these:

first boot into bootloader
then open up fastboot on your PC and type:
fastboot flash recovery (name of the recovery file).img
if you dont know how to do that you need to do some more research before you go flashing roms.

You REALLY need to read...
If you did the above procedure you no longer HAVE original TWRP on your phone...
You replaced it with a new recovery that should flash the OTA...
Personally I use the stock recovery as that generally works as long as the system partition hasn't been altered with busybox/root/xposed framework...
HI guys, I updated my phone yesterday to the latest firmware with the new one UI3 but I didnt like it.
So I decided to downgrade back to the last one using odin. It flashed ok but when the phone starts it would come up with the normal galaxy note 10 screen then goes straight to recovery screen saying "can't load Android system".
My model version is SM-N9750.
Anyone know how I can fix this?

You can't fix it until you flash one ui3 again other wise u need to factory reset.
