2>use any explorer to place it in /system/apps and

Don't works for me. I've tried to install and say that is not installed (really?) and i've pushed to system/apk and don't appears.

1.Delete system/app -> SemcMusic.apk
2.Reboot
3.Recovery -> wipe dalvik-cache
5.move APK -> system/app
6.permission -rw-r--r-
7.Reboot
