Does flashing unroot phone?

So I rooted my phone using the method by zedomax, then I flashed the tigra rom v2.6 and when I try using a root required app it says my phone needs root. When I try using the supersu app it says I have 4.3 need to reroot manually.
It also says there's a v 3 available but it gives me md5 error and it doesn't allow me to get in recovery mode to flash another rom.
What do I do?
Thanks in advance.

You have to use stock recovery for official ota. You could just flash an already done 4.4 ROM. You could use ODIN and install the stock 4.4 located in the Android Development section...then use CF auto root to get root back. There are different options available to try.

Cf autoroot fail?

So I'm trying to root a T-Mobile s4 running latest nh7, but when I try to flash cfautoroot using Odin it always fails to flash the recovery, it gives me fail (size), I read online that this is a partitioning problem but I can flash the stock firmware just fine, I also tried rooting with 3.07 and 3.09 both fail (size) can someone help?

Is the cf file up to date?
Yes it is the latest one, but never mind cause I just flashed the latest twrp tar and flashed supersu from there

Installing Recovery

I've rooted using one click root and I have King root app.
Now I want to install some recovery to install blisspop, but unable to install CWM recovery through Odin.
I've tried to install tar, but always going to stock and I'm unable to flash fix zip

Uncheck auto reboot in Odin. Once the flashing process finishes, remove battery, put it back and press volume up+home+power. It will boot to CWM
