I am getting official support for my touch recovery in the CWMR touch installer app in the market but i need to know all the ways this phone identifies itself.
some ro.product.device=hercules and some say ro.product.device=SGH-T989.
are there any different ones?
Thanks

Hi all,
Just a moment ago I browsed through androidarmv6's github account and found this : https://github.com/androidarmv6/android_device_samsung_gio/tree/cm-11.0
Are they started Cm11 (android 4.4 kitkat) development?
I am very excited to this
I hope they made the cool build because maclaw isn't with us anymore!

For now his just rude to people who's asking for the Ace/Gio project! so there's no reason to follow his blog nor project if you on Ace/Gio anymore.

That's for companies and industries I think.... Not for helping you to make a porting..
Ubuntu touch is not released yet. It's a developer preview where nothing works.

I just saw a video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MaVAMGv3tI4) of someone that made a port of Sailfish to their Nexus 4. Since the OG is really similar, how easily could we build it for our device?
I personally would love to spice things up with a new operating system that is a bit more functional than the Ubuntu Dev build that was recently made.
