there is a Wi-Fi sharing function built in to the Rom. Settings > Wireless & Networks > More > Mobile Network Sharing

Try zedge download a tone and set as notification see if that works

I use free ringtone picker on play as I had similar issues.
I tried both and still no luck :/ any other ideas ?

try changing from each app itself, not the setting page.
Didn't think of changing it from the app itself. Was debating on reflashing lol thanks man, that got it working !!

Click on the Gears icon. Then the icon to change resolution. You wil need to swipe the video setting to the right as slomo option is hidden at the far left.
