I don't think so, I believe you need 4 contacts not two

I believe that is just NFC
That's NFC bro. Wireless charging has 4 contacts.
yup. That's just NFC, 4 pins is NFC and QI.
Good time to change the title of this thread to include the word "NOT".

Just got my grubby mitts on this. It can't be an antenna, and I've never seen it on the side of the phone. Help? It could be a car dock, it's just sad that it uglifies the side.

It's not mine, I just came across one of them. Silly that they dock to the side. Hide that stuff.
I actually like it.

It is not just Verizon's GN.
They are called pogo pins and they're used for desk or car dock connection.
Those pins on the side allow you to snap it in and out of a dock like a car dock without having to deal with the USB port at all.
Ok people.
I want to tey the wireless charging mod,
But dont know which to go with,
i woudld like some feedback plase.
PalmPre Back Door with Touchstone.

I think the case is the hardware you're referring to.
Yes charging wirelessly requires either a pogo-pin or a usb-connected back-case. And I can assure you it will charge slower than a pc-usb connection
I am trying and looking for a qi charging receiver like this kit http://product.madeinchina.com/2012-Newest-Portable-QI-Wireless-Charger-Cable_14117282.shtml
FYI someone did it with a tut here http://www.android-hilfe.de/anleitu...eitung-induktionslade-mod-fuer-das-one-x.html
Hello XDA, I have a question about a battery cover I bought from Ebay, It said its an original geniune T-Mobile S4 battery cover, and it looks exactly like the stock one in almost every way. The only difference is on the inside of it. On the stock one theres an area that is thinner that the rest, and I think it might be for wireless charging, but Im not sure. Ive attached a picture here of both so you can see what I mean. Thanks

I think NFC is built into the battery.
If you look at the phone itself you will see that the thinner part you mention directly matches the metal housing that holds the sd card and the sim card.
Why that area needs to be a tiny sliver thinner I have no idea.

Granted, it took a bit of Dremel work to get the OPO to fit in the cradle, but not a lot. After shaving some off the sides and doing a little cutting at the point where the bottom of the phone sits in the cradle, it works like a charm. And since it's a universal dock, you can orient the connector any which way. And, as a bonus, it has a Bluetooth handset.
I found this at Target. It's a Sharper Image product and was on sale for $9 (down from $30).
