What about the generics on ebay?
there are 32gb class 2 for $30us and class 6 for $35

Be careful on ebay with to cheap cards - I have paid on ebay for Sandisk 32GB class 4, 61,- $ and this card works it is not an cheap china fake

I agree. One time I bought a 8GB Memory Stick Pro Duo on ebay and everything was looking exactly the same as the original, but it wasn't a authentic memory card. It stopped working after a few weeks and when I started searching I quickly found out that it was a fake card looking at the serial number. The production date was a date way in the future.

Dude I bought a generic card last week on eBay and it failed the first day I bought it. Then eBay removed the listing for some security reasons so I will be getting my money back. Worst piece of crap I have EVER bought. Took photos and instantly corrupt. I'm going to bite the bullet and buy a sandisk. Does the class matter?

Live in France/Netherlands. Tried shipping to europe from US (cheaper with exchange rates but not possible), than UK, in the end they added 15 pounds for shipping. (Micro sd fits in an envelope, why 15 pounds?) Anyway, total is 70 euros.. If anyone had a better suggestions for a sandisk 32 gb card in Europe, please tell me!

Edit: many of the reviews on amazon are implying its a knockoff as well. My budget is around 60 euros, for a class 2 or higher sandisk. Should be possible right?

Don't Haute buy a card buy a decent card that has class 10 specification.

Got a sandisk class 4, which does everything, even full hd recording and playing. Random writes are better than class 10 cards. So overall its the best choice. Got it from an official reseller in Holland for 43 euros. Overall very very happy with it!

I would stick with the amazon one's, They are too many fake one's on ebay..

Its very weird, the class 4 is cheaper than the class 2, but it is an offcial one, official package, official speeds (a bit more actually) and a real 32gb card, no ripoff. I think they made a mistake with the pricing and switched the class 2 and the 4

thers a sale at radio shack 16gb for 26 dollars

Where to buy a good cheap 32GB SD card

I live in northern Ireland (UK) and am wondering if anyone can share a link of a 32GB card they have bought and are happy with.
I'm not looking to spend slot in it as I'm only going to use it as a backup but it a bit wary about buying a chapter one even if it's branded Kingston etc because I know there's a lot of fakes out there

I've been postponing by purchase of a 32GB card for a while now. To be honest, though...amazon.com is the best place to find one, besides daily-deals websites where they're occasionally featured.
Best bet: buy one, have it shipped to a friend in America, and have them mail it here. EU and UK taxes hike prices up, hardcore.
As to brand, I'd stick with Sandisk or Kingston and be wary of anything that looks too good to be true.

I bought a 32GB Micro SD with adapter, case and USB reader last month for $30. It's the same as in the attached link. Not sure about the quality, but thought why not give it a try.

*Never* buy a memory card from a Chinese ebay seller expecting the card to perform at the advertised speeds and/or advertised capacity.

I got burned 3 times buying a 32gb memory microSD card from ebay. All of the them came from different chinese ebay sellers and all cards were only 1 gb. I complained to ebay and said these were fake microSD cards. The ebay wanted me to ship back the cards to the seller. Since, the cards were at a low price of less than $20 with free shipping. Shipping it back would cost me $24. I didn't make sense for me to ship it back. I just declared it as a bad purchase and suck it up.
with the 3 bad purchase, I lost $60. I could have bought this from amazon instead:

I was thinking the exact same thing when i came in this thread.
Please do report back once you guys receive them, who knows they may be the real deal

I will keep you guys posted when the item is received. I thought the price was kinda low so I took a chance. I did read through all the feedback on the seller and according to the feedback the product is legit. One of the responses said they tested the card and it was 32GB as advertised. The only negative reviews was that it took time to arrive, the other said it wasn't proper packaging. But nothing about the actual MicroSD card not being 32GB size as advertised.
Again, you can't go completely by the feedback, but at least it gives you a starting point when the seller has good reviews.
Worse case I am out $30. Sucks if I am but not a huge loss.

Having same problem here in Turkey. They can send Books, Blu-rays. But anything electronic related is no go. Don't know why.

Never had a problem with any of the other Sony sdcards. I don't exactly trust amazon though for sdcards because something like 90% of the items for sale are fake cards....

i just got one and send it back seller because it is copy of original, it's fake. if copy over 7gb, some files would error and missing,

I've been using one for a few months. No problems at all.

Shouldn't be any issue, I use sandisk but I've never heard anything bad about sony cards or samsung. I would buy from a real online retailer not ebay. I have heard about many fakes out there.

thanks everyone for the replies, i asked because the price is a steal $40 for a known brand sd card its fishy, it could be because low performance or bad compatibility (like the sandisks on some samsung devices).
anyhow i just got a word from google they are shipping my order now, they just charged my CC it should be in my hands by the next saturday.

i have sandisk one. original should cost u more (50-70) any less is fake and any more is expensive.
sony makes microSD? thats somewhat shocking....
btw sandisk might be less of known company than sony but i have its SSD and most of my sd cards and USB are of sandisk, since they are cheap and i have to say technical specs are same for most of them, i dont find any difference.
my DSL processed 4k movies on sandisk card just fine and i can play high def games on my ssd. i never see any issue.
