Green colored video on Skype with AOKP-build-31 ROM

This is the problem with skype that I am having. The video looks "green". Same thing with both FFC and rear camera. Normal camera app works fine.
I called myself from my Dinc2 to my Transformer prime... The video in the small box on my phone looks fine. But the video from my Dinc2's camera as displayed on my tablet is all green! Same thing if I used my laptop with my phone, too...
Anyone else having this problem? For the record, I observed this problem without AND with the Camera/Camcorder patch...
To specify the ROM I am on:

None yet but its not this way in Google hangouts.

Same problem here too, running Aeroevan's CM9. It seems to be a problem with ICS updates in general across multiple HTC, and even some non-HTC devices. OTA updates aren't spared either.
Apparently Skype is working with Qualcomm to get the issue fixed, and will have an update pushed out using the "when it's done" approach. Until then, I guess we're just going to have to mess about with Google+ Hangouts, OoVoO, and others.

Note that "REDUX" text is perfectly fine and good looking.

Note that "REDUX" text looks like crap (just saying: this is not jpeg artifacts in screenshot). I think this is upscaled image really.
It also looks like the similar effect is present in downscaled video:
Thread for OWL ROM says that Youtube LQ/HQ works and that's correct, but HQ was fine on stock 2.3.5.
I don't know where to start to debug this, i would imagine that flash player is in GApps, but i can only use OWL-specific GApps (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=41547754&postcount=7), other versions do not work.
Does anyone have the same issue? Or can someone confirm that the same issue present in vanilla 4.2.2/vanilla CM 10.1?

Strange... Maybe YT app doesn't work properly. Catch the link <----- That's a link to older version of YT app. On my WFS work very well.

Lines across screen in KitKat when playing videos online

Hi everyone,
I have the Note 2014, p600 model. Since upgrading to KitKat whenever I play a video online or stream a video from online these lines come across the screen. I think its a hardware thing because when I take a screenshot the lines don't show then. I will try to take a picture to show what I mean. I'm running xkat ROM with xluco kernel stock kernel settings. I installed the ROM with a clean flash and I don't think xposed is causing it and I don't have any other mods installed

I get this too. Not consistently. Download the a&e app and play a video on there. The adds go crazy for me.

Well mines gone now actually. Not sure what did it. I saw there was a new update for the kernel I'm using so I installed it, wiped cache and dalvik and the problem was gone. Strange........

Only on GB :/ but when you used ICS rom The snapchat working but with static screen I dont know how to write problems you can try it

If I remember right I saw a post on Beats My Stock REBORN v2(ICS) thread that in this rom snapchat was working, try out and see.

Question Help: Issues related to playing videos in apps (Photos, Netflix, Instagram)

My newly received device with Android 12 is having problems related to playing videos in the Google Photos app, on Instagram, on Netflix, when opening any of these apps the video does not play automatically as expected, instead the photo remains of thumb without any video playback, after scrolling up or down the video plays intermittently and with weird stops.
Please does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?
