Haven't read anything?
Try the toolkit! It's very easy to use and you just can follow its lead while flashing via odin etc.

Can I flash any tar file via odin
I think it easy for me

[Q] Update files for 4.3 update for SGH-i317

I have looked around and am yet to find any files. Does anybody have a link? I am currently rooted running build AMA4 and I want to update. Any help would be appreciated.

restoring stock kitkat 4.4.2

My gs4 was stock and I updated the official t mobile 4.4.2...soon after I rooted it and installed insanity rom but now soon I might use my jump to get the m8 so how exactly do I restore it to complete stock?

This link should only be used as reference, as it pertains to the "international " version of the S4, and any downloads can render the phone un-returnable.
Looking at stickies may help with a "how to guide".
