In developer options I can't find the option to change dalvik to art in slimkat.

Since you are a senior member and therefore able to post in the development threads i would say instead of opening threads for rom related issues to ask it in the specific rom thread first.
Best chance for faster help.
are you using Xposed? it wont let you switch to ART
No. There is no option in developer options to change runtime to art.
Sent from my One X using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Fourth option in developer option for me, select runtime
I'm using exposed too, the option itself at least is not hid by exposed
Maybe your device doesn't support ART lol
Slimkat's FAQ say ART is supported though

Found this "Not all 4.4 devices have ART as an option. The Samsung Note 3 stock 4.4 does not run ART." on XDA
And this:
http://droider.eu/2014/01/30/why-art-is-not-there-in-4-4-2-for-htc-one/
Don't have an one x, so I can't say more than this
If it helps I can say that I didn't experience much difference to dalvik and you would miss exposed which I can only recommend to everyone

But on previous versions of slimkat for this phone i could enable art but now i can't

Recently I found a thread here in xda about the new notifications for the X phone.
The app is available in the Google Play Store and I would highly recommend buying the in app premium features to get the full effect if you will of the notifications.

There is also an ALPHA and BETA testing program if you are on Google plus for this app.

Tried it out earlier this week but didn't love it. DashClock fits me a little better even though they aren't the same thing.

Put this in system/priv-app and then set the permissions and your good to go!

there are many ways to discover the variant.. i've never tried with faux kernel, but check if there is a file called t3_variant in sys/kernel/debug, if so open it and read the number after cpu_process_id: this is your variant

weird, here the op said that it should work with faux kernel... anyway you can try lyapota's latest kernel (if it's compatible with your rom) and read the variant form there (same file i mentined above)... later you can come back to faux kernel
Download Droid Examiner from Play Store. In the app go to CpuInfo.

Seriously though this should be in Q&A. To answer your question I don't know of any mods to change the vibration level

Lightflow app will do this. There is another one in the Playstore, don't remember the name right now. Look for "vibration" in apps
