When i got my xperia m, i could add bookmarks to my homescreen with the launcher and they had the icons of the webpage itself sot it was nice.
Now, after reflashing the firmware, this isn't the case, all the bookmark icons have that ugly page under them.
When adding bookmarks from chrome, the icons are displayed in full size, but i can open them only in chrome.
Is there any solution for this?
Btw, i'm running 15.4.A.0.23

Is there any way to have the notification bar always show while using the web browser? Dolphin browser has that option but I ditched it after seeing how much slower it is to the stock browser. Thanks.
I like the sense widgets, but since trying other launchers I've come accustomed to having no ugly texts under icons.
Also, I always make the icons a bit smaller. I just think it looks sleeker...
Can it be done for Rosie?
For homescreens and dockbar you can use Desktop Visualizer. Doesn't work in App Drawer though. For changing icons in the dockbar you need to open the app itself instead of using widgets and don't forget to tic "Encode" or the icons will revert back to standard.
Hello, I just installed Apex launcher and by default, it used a theme(Outline theme) that I installed for Trebuchet (CM9). However, that theme does not have an icon for Chrome. I tried tap and hold Chrome and edit the icon, however, I cannot locate the icon thumbnail that I want to use to replace it (in this case, the icon for internet browser).
Does anyone know where I can find the icons of the theme?
Thanks

Having flagrantly stolen (been inspired by?) this Hubs UI, I'm now extremely close to having my Nexus 7 look and work exactly the way I want it. I'm using a combination of ADW, Minimalistic Text, Simple Text, and MultiPicture Live Wallpaper.
However, I find myself confounded by one small piece:
The icons along the center bar are tied to custom App Groups. My problem is that clicking on them causes the app group to open directly over the center bar. I'd like it to open above the center bar.
Any ideas? Thanks!!!
There's a roundabout way to do what you want. With an app called Popup Widget, you can created a shortcut that, when clicked, makes a widget appear. You can control where it appears; one choice is above the shortcut, which is what you want. Now you need to make a widget with icons for each of the apps in your group. I do this with Elixir Widget, but I'm sure there are other programs that will work.
So: there's a shortcut on the black bar, when you click it a widget appears above the bar, and the widget shows the apps in your group. Of course, this all assumes you can put shortcuts in the black bar.
is it possible to show widgets in the widget drawer as app style icons instead of large "widget" icons? i'd like to tidy up my widget drawer (to match the rest of my phone) but it's impossible with the different sized widget icons that hog a full page for just 6. heck, i would be perfectly happy to just list the widgets in a list, as text only, if that were possible. i'm using nova launcher and haven't found any settings that would allow me to alter the widget icons appearance. any thoughts?
