I have recently decided to root it and i have followed the instructions precisely but it wont root.
when i enter recovery mode by pressing home/power there is a text in yellow at the bottom that reads
"-- Appling Multi-CSC --

but I still followed the process (recovery mode/“Update from SD card”/Reboot phone)
it says "-- Appling Multi-CSC --

but after I reboot my phone it is not rooted and has no new app installed. I have tried this process with the specific zip file for my phone and the signed root package. Please help me.

I tried that it still doesn't work. I think it's the "-- Appling Multi-CSC -- Can't Access to '/system/csc/TEN/system'." message that's causing the problem. Cuz my friend's phone didn't have it and it was rooted in a minute. Do you have any idea how to fix that?

Hello, guys, I have recently installed Hawkish 4.3 rom in wich you must re-root the phone after install. I had a little trouble rooting - su binaries couldnt install, but its done now, or it just says it is. The problem is, my system is not mounted and I cant use the multiwindow app manager or apps to delete system apps. Here's what Window app manager and SystemAppRemover says in the screenshot. Any help would be appreciated!

Hmm, no, I can't find odin flashable. I tried 4.1.2 with Superuser root and it worked, then I went back to 4.3 and I lost system mount again. When I flash the zip file for the root the final in the log is "unmounting system" and something else... When I try to manually mount it, it says that my root may have been lost or it doesn't do anything, it goes back to unmounted. Can you tell me where can I get the odin flashable and if it's possible to do it via Odin mobile?

as abcdjdj and i have discussed you cannot mount partitions nor can you change r/w,r/o in system or anywhere as sony has introduced a new superuser restriction system which wont let you mount or change permissions of partitions
even though with root you can use apps like cpu control you wont be able to use rootexplorer, solidexplorer etc
wait for abcdjdj to release kk kernel which will help us get full root
till then this rooting kit and all others are useless

I did some bad stuff trying to remove Kingroot and have to do a system repair. Lost everything.
I try Supersu-Me and didn't work, I suggest don't do it.
This what I did to get things right:
1. Download mediafire .com /? mxzbt42xypvn2ts
2. Unzip to the internal sdcard (it's a folder named mrw containing 4 files)
3. Install terminal emulators
4. Open terminal and type: su (case sensitive) click enter
5. Now write: sh /sdcard/mrw/root. sh and click enter
6. Let it finish, there be some errors but that's ok.
7. You get a message to uninstall kingroot, do so
8. If should open Supersu if not open it and update binaries.
9. Reboot and done
I recommend install supersu to /system
Next step: custom recovery.

If that doesn't help then I don't know either.

Kingroot is very basic. I would rather prefer normal root with SuperSU working.

Yes I know.. After rooting I tried to install SuperSU.
There is a app called SuperSU me.apk u can download it from play store . it will remove the kinguser and install superSu. And then SuperSU will ask to install binaries.. Install it and reboot it. And you are done
Yes i ve done it so easy

Did you try this before? Also would I have a chance to unroot when required or download system updates? Please confirm.
Rooted successfully with kingroot, but unable to switch to supersu. Is there any way to do this!

the download links aren't working, but the downloads can be easily done by a plain google search.

Hello everyone.!!!!
Today I'm going to show you how to root Lenovo vibe K4 note (A7010a48) sucessfully.
Disclaimer:
Rooting your device will void its warranty and you will be no longer eligible for any kind of free device services by the manufacturers/warranty providers. Make sure that whatever you do, you are doing it at your own responsibility.
1. Download the latest kingroot.apk from below i have attached the file.
Step 2: Install Kingroot.apk on your phone. ( To install it you first need to enable Unknown sources in Setting )
Step 3: Open the application, And tap on the "Root" button.
Step 4: It will take about 2-5 minutes to root your phone and after the process your phone will be rooted.
ENJOY.!!!!!!! Hit thanks if u like this.

king root says it doesn't have a strategy to root the device
This is probably too late, but NEVER install SU binaries via the app. I once tried this on my older phone and also stuck on boot loop like you guys. My recommendation is to manually flash the SU zip file via recovery. But unfortunately, there's still no custom recovery for K4 (there might be already, but I am not sure). So I think it's still not possible to use SuperSU on this phone.

Oh yeah, this rooting method seems to be incompatible with the MM update. Can you test it, Shakib?
