Its messenger's problem.You can try reinstalling it.I also got the same problem but problem was gone when i reinstalled it.

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to update the latest Google Hangouts from the Gtalk app in my Sprint Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Whenever I try to do it I get the error in the attached image. I am using the BlackBean8 by TeamBaked 3-18 ROM (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1873371)
Can someone please help me resolve this issue by pointing me in the right direction?

I used TI to completely uninstall it, and then installed hangouts from the playstore

I'm on PA and the battery seems fine. Try installing gapps and restarting right afterwards. I think it might be a Google Services issue.

I changed my rom to AOSP 4.4.4 and my battery seems better . but still not good as before .
and you're right. this is Google services issue.

Hi today as been released the CyanogenMod 12.1 and I install it but I have some problems with Google apps for example playstore and other things.. Is necessary install some 5.1 gapps or something like that?? I tried install the new version of Google services but keeps telling that Google services stopped working.. Anyone know something I can do??

I'm using the minimal 5.1 gapps packet right now, everything good so far.
I have display problems with 12.1-NIGHTLY
When I open icon groups they are often just white, icons not showing.
When I open the All Apps list the list is layed above my main screen, transparently. After I close this, all screens other than main screen are blank, icons invisible. But I can start apps if I happen to hit the right spot.
Also the photos are too dark again, just like in 5.0.2 ..
And the NIGHTLY updates shown on cmxlog don't show up in the updates list

I downloaded & installed this MIUI 11 build, English language is exist here, I even could launch Google Play on it (after some time), but everytime I try to log in Mi account it shows "device security" error maybe it's a bug or simply some errors of servers
i flashed this rom,it is too hot,n never cool down.

Do a factory reset if you haven't already; you will lose all data so back up everything.
Best practice after a major firmware update.
If the issue persists you'll need to wait for that app to be updated.
