Restoring from nandroid backup made my device as trial device and my informations are constantly shared with htc...
but when i install custom roms there isn't this problem... how can i resolve this problem?
Just ignore it. It happens because you unlocked your boot loader.

Even though it's in Spanish or whatever but yep, normal when unlocking bootoader. Just uncheck the boxes and ignore it. You can disable UDOVE.APK in system apps if you're paranoid.

Yeah... But who cares if they want to monitor my porn habits. [emoji12]
I don't think any information is actually sent. Not from what I can see anyway. In any case contrary to what the message says you can disable it by un checking the boxes, so that must just be a default message that comes with unlocked test devices.
If you're S-OFF you will have that warning at all times as you technically have a test device so they collect info from you

All the time though(always sending information regardless of what you're doing) or just critical information when the ROM/device fails for whatever reason?
So far I've noticed it only actively asking me to send the report when something fails on the device.
Suppose the latter makes sense, it's a "test" device after all and they need "that" information for fixes, hence why it's being "tested". The former though...?
No idea, I honestly couldn't care less!

Today I have found out that you can save images with the Kin. What you have to do, is double tap the image (it might zoom in sometimes, 2nd time should work). After double tapping the image, it will come up with popup saying "save image". When you save an image, it gets saved into your camera app just like a screenshot. Enjoy!

P.S. using that pic as my lock screen, fits well.
Yes, but doesnt work with "hacking" purposes as the browser yells about the image not being loadable.
Long time .

Yeah, but its still nice to know that this phone can do that. I though it couldn't. Just educating other users.
hmm... this seems like it could be exploitable. have we tried this yet?
edit: anybody know the inner workings of image files? i'll look it up later but i have homework to do right now...

oh... my bad.
I cant figure out whats taking up a 4gb of my phones storage? There's 13.33gb total with 6.22gb available. I've tried resets in recovery, file browser apps, plugging it up to the computer, and no luck. 6gb of availible is plenty but don't want it to get to the point to where it slows the device down. I've deleted backups of old ROMs which helped a little. Help por favor!
You've told us nothing with which to give you a solution from. Take screenshots of your Storage screen so we can see what is using what.

Why didn't I do that.. Just flashed a new rom before posting this and didnt try it. All of my previous roms said "no information available"
After tapping that it turns out clockworkmod is using 3.46gbs. Not sure what could be using that much from there though.

You could probably just edit your build.prop to make it think you are on the newest build. In particular changing all of the UVBMB4 blips to UVBMD1 - though I believe the most important one is the ro.build.fingerprint one. I haven't tried this approach but I know something similar to it works on older devices - might be a place to start anyway

Probably - though the 2 arrow one is an allshare thing I believe so that wouldn't do much here. I know there is an apk that can be frozen that would prevent the notification (though I don't know if it would stop it if you already have it - would likely need to wipe cache in that case), but the name is escaping me at the moment.

Hey there everyone,
I have snooping wife issues.
I need to know if there is anyway I can see if my wife has opened my phone. It's Samsung A70 running Android 10.
Are there any logs that show what time my phone was opened.
She probably knows my password.
Just wanted to know.
Thanks.
Help and cool comments are highly appreciated please.

Lol. Root cause analysis provided to prevent future failures...
This is what I did.
I found out my "sleep timings" from Samsung Health located in setup and noted my sleep time from there.
Then I collated it with "Samsung Digital Well-being" to see if any of the messaging app was operated while I was sleeping.
It was not.
So I'm going to change the login pin and password.
Let the kids grow.
I'll be living alone when they move out.
Maybe try using the goodlock module "nice catch" by samsung, it stores data about notifications by apps and sudden wakeup of phone.
If goodlock is not available in your country try other alternatives like nicelock from playstore or any other app that provides same functionality.
Hi, my phone strated lagging and I went for restart. Then after I unlocked my phone after restarting it this error appears. And now error shows up every time after i turn on my phone or after i do restart.
Does anyone have this error too or its just me, and what this error means anyway. Is it system error or?
Screenshot of error below .

Looks like an app updated and now it's trying to redo the database part of the update over and over... Maybe adb logs would make it clear which app, hopefully one you just updated.

You need to unlock developer mode to run adb logcat. There's apps (MatLog is what I use) to view it on device, not sure if they also need developer mode.
If you boot your phone and see the message you can dump the logs and see if any of them seem to correlate. There's timrstamps but at boot time lots of apps start so that's maybe not helpful.
Autostarts is an app that can tell you which apps run at boot. But you probably have lots of them.
