First before you even think about starting you must be ROOTED.
1. Make sure you're rooted.
2. Download CLEO. You can go to their website or download it off Google Play.
3. Find some some scripts (mods). I got mind from here I also found the Youtube channel of the guy who made most of these mods. Here's his Youtube Youtube
4. Once you download the mod move the .csa file to you're phone or sd card. SDCARD0/Android/Data/com.rockstargames.gtasa
There will be a folder called "files" don't mess with that, that is where all your saves are. There shouldn't be nothing but a folder named "files" in the folder where you will be putting the mods.
5. Once you have got the mods on your phone open CLEO. Touch "Check" this always helps me load the mods. Go over to manage scripts. You should see the mod you downloaded and probably a couple that comes with Cleo. If the mod is marked out its disabled to enable it hold it down and select enable. You don't wanna be running alot of mods at the same time. They will interfere with each other.
6. Now load your game up. It may freeze. if it does load up a save or go to settings and force stop San Andreas. I've always had to do this when I want to use another mod.
7. To use the mod, hopefully you did everything right. You have to know the part layout. Heres a pic.

The maker of the mod will tell you how to enable it. There is usually a README in the download. If not tough luck. Maybe use Google.
I have the Private whore mod. So i have to hold 7 and 2 to get this mod to work. I recommend this mod. It's funny, cool, and every time you get some head from her you get guns, health and the cops leave you alone.

hey guys
I'm kinda new to programming, done a bit at college and now and then i read up about it at home but i know the very basic skills. anyways i thought i would test myself and see i could come up with an idea for an app.
its not a windows mobile app but i suppose in a way its for developers (can save progress of development and tweet it to followers). the app is called twitodo and it basically saves a todo list to a txt file in the install directory. it can also open a text file from a custom directory. it can also tweet the todo list to your twitter account and you have the option to view twitter in a browser window.
the ui is ok i suppose but it could be alot nicer.. would apreciate it if someone could do a few graphics for me. also if anyone has a link to a good guide for making installers because im not sure that my program install correctly, i think you may have to run it from the program files directory.
anyways feedback will be apreciated very much, anything i can add or remove at all just leave below please i really wanna make this app better, but go easy its my first program unless you count "hello world" then its my second lol.
EDIT:
Changes:
permissions to write file at startup fixed (moved TodoList.txt default location)
fixed crash when user doesnt select a file in load todo list window
Attached Files Updates!
just thort id put a pic of the ui on so u can see what it looks like

Hi.
I've started to theme my sgs with darky v9.5 for my needs.
And now I also wanna mod the app's xml-files.
I read about it in some tutorials and I understand that trying is the best to learn.
But I have 2 starter-questions:
1.) For example I have a concrete modding-wish: The padding on the sides of the contact list seems very annoying to me. (Pointed in pic). I wanna reduce it and downsize the whole list to get faster overview. Somebody already modded this or knows the xml-file to do?

2.) Modding (esp. system apks) seems to be very time-consuming, because as far as I know the changes can't be viewed directly (with any tool), but the apk have to be pushed to phone and reboot.
Is there a way of faster modding / previewing the changes with the emulator or sth?
Thanks for your help,
Max

I dont know any faster method.
I know something that could help you in situation while you are hammering your head against the wall, I mean -> you just 'cant get the layout right, no matter you try'
Before I begin:
You would need to be familiar with eclipse and creating layouts there.
So..
Create new android project in eclipse
edit layout.xml; paste the contents of the file you are modding...
Workaround all errors that WILL happen
You will see layout rendered in xml file wysiwyg...
Its not easy, but if NOTHING works, it really helps.
This was the thing I did while modding the phone to have big caller picture...
Thanks, if nothing else works, I'll try this

I've had an issue with my S3 since I first got it. Sometimes I'd update an app and it would disappear from where it was originally put, either in a folder or on one of the screen pages. Last night I had a whole folder disappear without updating anything. On the screen shot, it was located in the upper left corner, the folder was named "entertainment". It's not in any other folder, another page or anything, it's just gone. Has anyone else had this happen? The phone is stock, no ROMs, not anything. I'm running GoLauncher, WidgetLocker and 2x Batter Saver, that's about it.

Just an idea, but I use GO Launcher too, and sometimes when I install/update an app it gets placed at the end of the list in the app drawer...so I always do another sort (alphabetically) to get them back in the right order.
"Plugged In" is an Android app done using Tasker. Actually I am a big fan of Tasker and the way it works. I even found lots of other apps which features the same idea but not the way I am presenting today. I even posted about this profile on my blog nexusandme.com about a month back and that became one of the most viewing post so far. So I then thought of exporting it as a standalone app and I am successful in doing that. Download link at the end of the post.
Features :
1. Media select dialogue pops irrespective of on whatever screen you may be on.
2. works even when the device is locked.
3. Tested on almost all OEM devices including tabs, working fine without any issues.
Just plugin and play.
Size : 1.1mb
What's New in Ver.1.4:
1.Added YouTube and Dialer apart from Google play music, mx player, chrome. Total 5 apps
2.Reduced the dialogue size that fits displays ranging from 3.5inch to 5.5
3.Scroll down for chrome and dialer apps
4. changed icons size to 124x124 HD
Installation :
Like other apps download > install and trigger it for the first time. Now try by plugging in your earphones.
Please let me know how's the app. Find it useful then share it with your fellow buddy's.

custom apps selection is critical.
only Youtube works cause Note 3 has diff apps for dialer,Google music etc.
Edit: OP need to be updated says v1.4 should be v1.5.
Thanks for the app.
Looks nice good job :good:
Thanks! Looking to try this out, and logged in for updates
Great app, but please add Spotify.
So we recently found and powered up our old galaxy tab 3 kids (t2105) and were trying to download apps like YouTube kids and messenger kids but to no avail since the google playstore is out of date. We are running 4.1.2. Looking for advice as to what root and roms I should look into. Thank you in advance.
Hello! I have a solution,
Make sure to Android 4.4.2 first then continuing, since there arent any for lower than 4.4.2. (i checked u can update to 4.4.2)
go to OpenGApps Website by clicking on this.
Then from the first section which is Platform, choose x86.
Then from the second section which is Android, choose 4.4 (I suppose you're on normal stock rom).
Then from the third section which is Variant, choose either pico or nano. I prefer pico since it has the lightweight normal needed Google apps which dont have other applications that you wont use, I put pico too and it works perfect. I do suggest pico since the tablet is old and pico is lightweight.
Then click on the Download Button:

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",

}
(on the website not here hehe)
If you have any trouble downloading it, this is a direct link to install it: https://pilotfiber.dl.sourceforge.n...20200817/open_gapps-x86-4.4-pico-20200817.zip
and the download should start! Then when the download is finished, move the zip file without extracting to your device in a folder. Like connect your tablet with your laptop and then move the zip file to a folder in the tablet, and then boot to TWRP (holding power, + and home button {for me}), and normally install the zip file and wait and then reboot and it should be updated.
