Its simple, have you unlocked it??
if yet...and you want to do this with all risk try to do this
Press dial phone
*#*#7378423#*#*....when it said Bootloader unlock : yes
Its mean u can unlock your bootloader..then go to this tutorial, remember you will avoid your guarante, but after that you can flash any amazing custom ROM...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=12873655
Or if just want to keep on stock..I suggest you to reflash the stock rom/firmware..follow the instruction carefully..
EDIT : sorry..just forgot that u get bootloop
So just doing last step : reflash the firmware...

I have been flashing this phone with LT18i_4.1.B.0.587_Kernel.ftf but no progress is seen.
i dont have much info about bootloop and bootloader?

I've tryed different kernels i.e. arcknight, ktg, vengeance, xarc and stock... all cause a blackscreen after kernels bootlogo...
Also tried a fresh and clean installation... nothing helped.
I've installed it on my sis' neo v with locked bootloader and no problems so far.
Any one with an idea and/or solution?

You will have to either flash your ROM again or repair using Sony's PCC.

As already mentioned, it is suggested to use Sony PC Companion or Sony Update Service.
Both these processes are well self documented and walk you through the process of re-installing the original firmware.
I suggest you stick to the above two applications and review the state of your phone after completion of a Sony distributed re-install.
