I recently installed a new ROM and my vibration gradually stopped working.
It would work now and then but now its totally gone. Is this a software problem or a hardware prob.?

I think it's a hardware issue since its not working on stock. You can try send to a repair service to look at it

Is the audio working when you plug in headphones? If it is, its a speaker issue, if not, could be other internal hardware or firmware

latest stock 4.2.2 is crap in many ways
same happened with me but became right after some time but i revert to other rom
The stock OS 4.2.2 is an utter flop. The vibration issue is usual bug in this version. May be you just try a hard reset. There is a problem like, the phone wont vibrate for some calls, after some up time. This can be fixed by a restart.
If your phone is not at all vibrating means, just try a hard reset or go for some better ROMs:cyclops:
Hello.
I'm having an annoying issue with my tab 8.4.
Every once in a why, the screen stops responding to touch. The buttons still work, but I have to lock and unlock the tablet so the screen becomes responsive again.
It does not seem to be a HW issue, as it's easily recovered, but it's driving me nuts.
Have you suffered this issue? I don't want to send it to repair if this is a common issue that is going to be fixed with the next SW release.
Regards!

It's on stock, I've reflashed to see if it helps, factory reset... nothing has helped.

I had this problem before. It had to do something with the apps that you were using/opened which caused it to freeze the tab s. Ram might be to low I guess would be the freeze problem. But you have reflashed and restore and it still happens. So it could be a hardware problem. After reflashing what apps did you install? It could be an app causing it as it did for me.
