I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 SPH L900.Every time I turned it on appears a window asking to active it in the sprint network.
Currently I am not a customer for this company.
I updated the device and this is the most important info:

I have the SM-N910A variant Note 4 on Cricket wireless (AT&T prepaid subsidiary) I have been informed that I am several versions behind on my OS but have yet to find a thread that can get me up to date since the OTA won't work for me.
Is there a way to get up to date with Odin or Kies? Or at least get enough up to date that Smart Switch will handle the rest?

I bought the phone used because I wanted something to play games on, but Pokemon Go keeps saying I can't play because my phone is rooted. I asked Samsung support and they said they can't/won't help me.
