Yeah sure bro. Here's the link to the NE2 (4.4) Full restore which will give you a good fresh start.
Just unzip and load through Odin with the PDA tab and you should be good to go.
Full Restore 4.4
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2780984
Then if you want root again use this handy tool
Root
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1956180
And my daily on 4.4 right now is Jlmancuso's community rom which doesn't give me any problems except emojis dont work and custom ringtones but I dont care too much about that.

Good luck man it's pretty simple. Just make sure to read all instructions in the thread and if something doesn't seem right I always look through the comments because odds are some one else had the same issue.

Dead on. Flashing thru ODIN is easy. But, if you have questions, post and someone should answer. Just remember, don't try to go "backwards" without seriously considering what you're doing....

You tried using the CF auto root? In Odin?
Sent from my SPH-L900 using XDA Free mobile app
Yeah, I tried I downloaded it to my laptop but didn't know that to do after that.. I have the v3.07 Odin which I used to get the update I just don't know that to do as far as the rooting part

Ok now that you have the file, open the file and flash the md5 the same way you did the rom, once it reboots and pass,it may say supersu not working but no worries go to play store to update su, then open supersu to obtain bionary fallow the promps, it may get hung up when trying to close knocks if it does restart phone, open supersu again and fallow promts.
OK, I did it but I'm at the super su not working.. So I went into the play store but the same su wasn't in there so I tired a different one but no go.. Lol.. But I'm almost there
Sent from my SPH-L900 using XDA Free mobile app
looks like your almost there, There should be an update to supersu by chainfire waiting in your playstore app under your my apps(open playstore tap the 3 lines on the top left then tap my apps)...There you should see the update..Hope i've been able to help.
Yeah, I did that but this is what the chainfire supersu looks like in the PS.. No update it just says open and when I open it says supersu no working or singing

This is where I DL from... download.chainfire.eu/270/CF-Root/CF-Auto-Root/CF-Auto-Root-t0ltespr-t0ltespr-sphl900.zip[/url])
May be the same one but not sure. It has worked for me many times, Although im rooting a stock rom for Sprint, I always go back to an Updated stock rom before I ever flash any custom rom.(samsmobile or samsung-update for sprint L900 stock roms).
Hope this helps.
I had the same issue (su fc, no root) so I went into philz recovery and reapplied root there and it worked.

You can get all the FW and itas here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1949687
Just to clarify, Mobile Odin won't unroot you, but it will reinject root during flash so you stay rooted.
Also you can get the ota if rooted but if you don't have stock recovery, modem and everything else it'll fail.
Using Mobile Odin and the fw in my thread will work. Just make sure the Everroot options are selected to keep root.
Voodoo OTA Rootkeeper can temp unroot you so maybe that's what you were thinking of?

Well if your just trying to unroot, go into your root program and have it uninstall itself. SuperSU and SUperuser both support the ability for them to fully uninstall themselves.
Will just need to install root via recovery again once your updated.... Pretty easy

Is that what you mean forgive me for being nooby

Mobile Odin should support internal sd.... I guess you have the free version from his thread here? I didn't realize it didn't support internal...sorry bout that.
In that case just plug into the computer and use pc odin. You can use regular fw or MrRobinsons root66 fw which is pre-rooted. You can find his thread in development.

I am only focusing on your phone. IF your rooted, then you will have an app in your app drawer called either superuser or supersu (That is your root ) Open that and click full uninstall, then your unrooted.
When your done with the update, you can use Odin (Windows Version) to flash a custom recovery and then install the supersu.zip file located in chainsfire's thread.
I have superuser. I cannot find an option within the app to do a uninstall.

Sorry if this is covered somewhere else, I searched but did not find anything. I might be just searching the wrong topic or lack an understanding of these processes in general (lol, which I am sure I do anyway). So I have rooted and flashed custom rom's on other phones but always with the help of these amazingly easy to use how to threads and programs via a computer. Well I find myself in a situation with a kindle nook, Ipad, gs2 and my gs3 but no avaialable computer handy. I was wondering if any downloads have this ability to root/flash with out the aid of the comouter. Any help here is appreciated even if it is to just tell me this is a silly question, but hey if I didn't ask I wouldn't know and you all have been so much help in the past! Thank you

Ya I'll rephrase it since it is untrue, wasn't sure what I read in the past.

ok here is the thing i rooted my phone. it works but i believe i that i used the wrong baseband version which was m919uvufnb4 instead of M919UVUAMDL. also kernal version is 3.4.0-g4224a08-dirty fenny. i did not know about the knox counter. and my problem is i cant hear my phone ring, can't make a call, can't listen to music. i would like to just get it back to it's normal state can someone help me please:good:
I would guess the best thing you could do is flash (thru Kies) the stock NB4 firmware, that should get everything back to standard, then you can still root and everything from there, but it should get everything back up and running right for you. As far as Knox goes, if it's tripped (0x1) I don't think there's anything you can do to really reset it. I know at one point you could use triangle away think it was and that could reset it but I think I remember that's not working so well anymore, tho I could be mistaken.
good luck.

thanks for some insight MoodSwinger now i have kies but it's not reconizing my device
do you have the stock firmware full DL, It's something 1.5GB IRCC? If not, get it.
do you have a custom recovery installed? You said you were rooted so I'm guessing yes. Can you boot into recovery?
if you can do those try flashing the stock thru the custom recovery.
search how to fix a softbricked device there's a thread and answers in this (T-Mobile SGS4) section just find them, and you should be able to recover at least to get back to stock. Then you should be back on track.

You did flash the tar file right? If so try flashing it a second time and don't use mobile Odin.. If it still doesn't work you can try flashing a 4.3 or 4.2.2 ROM and see if that helps.. If all this fails its likely a hardware problem

You did flash the tar file right? If so try flashing it a second time and don't use mobile Odin.. If it still doesn't work you can try flashing a 4.3 or 4.2.2 ROM and see if that helps.. If all this fails its likely a hardware problem
